The Ooma experience through Best Buy acquisition was seamless. Value and pricepoints were the key factors. The purchase is one I shall not forget, as more money now jingles in my pocket.

Easy to set up. Allows us to keep our landline at the house when we cancel our cable subscription. Call quality is excellent. + Free-porting of phone number. Premier year payment

I just recently purchased this item 3 weeks ago it was pretty easy to set up sound quality is great I did have to contact tech support for a little help and they got me up and running.

Sound quality is kind of echo-y, the handsets sometimes lose contact with the base unit and of course don't ring. Still working out the particulars of the Premier plan, I paid for a year in advance, but now they're billing me monthly, so watch out for that. The upside was that verizon and xfinity charge $30 a month for a landline that is no longer a powered, (meaning they are working off wifi anyway) so why not try ooma or magic jack?

Over all I am satisfied with the sound quality, fairly easy to set up and the big savings by switching from Xfinity to Ooma Telo Air. I have been wanting to switch services for years and finally found a phone service that works for me.

Simple low ongoing cost for replacement of AT&T home phone service. Installation went pretty quick, once I got the OOMA system connected to my home WIFI. It took about one week to get the number ported to the OOMA system. I was able to plug our existing multi-receiver phones into the OOMA base device.

This Ooma was easy to install and works very well with my Starlink. I was able to port my landline phone number and this system blocks spam calls and has some other features that I haven't really used yet. My phone bill is down from over $40 per month to less than $8. It will pay for the equipment in a short time with the saving.

Sound quality is ok but not great. You receive some static when phone is in the speaker mode.

Is it really that hard guys? Ordered a white set, received black. Kept it because it was on sale when I ordered but not when it arrived. I didn’t have time to deal with a complicated exchange - I needed to get my phone going. The product seems great. Fulfillment not so much.

Works exactly as stated. Very pleased. Prior carrier made porting difficult unfortunately but finally achieved it.

Best Buy in Kalamazoo Mi was great to work with, knowledgeable and willing to assist. The OOMA phone is great and will replace our home phone which is outrageously priced

great price and great product. The base station works very well and so does the cordless handset, a lot of functions.

It came with three phones but only two chargers. I tried to exchange it but they said they were sold out so I ended up without a phone that I really needed. Very disappointed.

The unit is working with phone & fax very well. Thanks.

The directions did not match the product. The off-shore "customer service" was unhelpful, unfriendly and their script did not make any sense or match the product
