A: Hi Moses -- the Dual-sided Grizzler Plate will fit into any of our ovens. Depending on which model you have, it may be a very tight fit and require a bit of finesse to insert and remove. Q: What is the highest temperature this can handle? Also can this be used on a standard gas stove?
A: Thank you for reaching out. Any good cast iron can handle up to 1500F degrees, so this will be no different and yes, this can be used in your gas oven stove.
