Our 420 sq ft bedroom in in the lower level of a split-level home and it tends to stay about 5-7 degrees cooler than the main level. We'll turn this heater on about 30 minutes before we go to bed and it will have the room warmed up a few degrees by the time we get down there. The built-in thermostat might be off a little bit because if we set it at 64 it will keep the room at 70. Not a big deal once we figured it out but the first night it got too warm in there! Overall, I think this was well worth the money. It's compact and the wireless remote makes it easy to adjust the temperature without getting out of bed.

This Optimus heater is super powerful and is infrared radiant with an accurate remote control and outperforms any competition like the Honeywell infrared radiant heater my cousin owns and the Lasko infrared radiant heater at his job. Go with Optimus heaters cause they are of superior quality to any other brand. If you like ceramic heaters and that's what you're into then stick to it but I guarantee you that you don't know what you are missing out on with this heater

We needed something for our basement during the cold months to help with heating. Its around 800 square feet and this did the trick. It puts out quite the punch!

Works as promised but a bit noisy; I like the variable speeds.

Used in Class A RV and heater kept the unit comfortable. The only negative item with the heater is the thermostat is 5 degrees low. If you want 70 degrees room temperature you have to set heater thermostat to 65 degrees.

So I bought this for my living room. The central heat in my new place isn't so good. I tested it about for a couple of weeks now and it's worked like charm. Heated my ft1,000 living room. I did notice something cool. When I first received this heater I did not have much stuff in my living room, because I newly moved in. The heater worked good , but Once I got my sofa and art for the walls, lamps, coffee tables, etc... I noticed the livingroom heated up quickly and the heat lasted longer. At times I would have to turn it off because it was heating up to much lol but anyways. I don't know if that's how infrared heating works but the more stuff you have the better it will heat! Worth it!

Really enjoy using this heater. Needs an extra heater for vaulted rooms but it does work well for smaller rooms. Like that it has a remote too!

The heater was apparently supposed to work great for 1800 sqft. I Tried it for my 1000sqft living room but did not warm up well. I use it for my 500 sqft bedroom and it works great.

We have used space heaters to heat our home for eight years. One of the original space heaters we bought burned up after 7 years so we bought this one to replace it. It was twice as loud as our other heaters and burned up in less than a month. Wasn't worth the purchase.

It is great but you must take care of it cause mine broke and I had to return it cause of the product replacement warranty. My outlet power surged it and damaged it which ifs my fault but until then it was perfect
