Preorderes with bestbuy for pickup. The in-store pickup was crushed so I returned it for a replacement. The replacement was also crushed. The box also has a "download required" sticker on it the online listing doesn't have. If the game publisher can't make sure a collector box is secure and doesnt require a download, they shouldn't sell it.

Preordered game and ended up being two weeks late and arrived damaged. Requested a replacement, only for it to arrive damaged again. Both packages in post bubble wrap used for documents. I requested a box for the replacement specifically for this type of situation. I will never preorder from Best Buy again. Awful experience and the only please without available copies during release. Do not bother with them and preorder elsewhere.

The collectors box and game case cover have the banner "download required" printed over the artwork, it's not a sticker and there is no way to remove it. As a collector, this is really unsatisfactory. I found a tweet from the publisher PM Studios saying sorry about the mix up and no download is required. They never addressed the issue that there is a banner printed over the artwork and they dont seem to care to fix it. Regardless, the banner is ugly, in a horrible spot and ruins the collector box and game case cover. If this type of stuff doesn't bother you than by all means, i hear the game is great.

Ok this game has puzzles and a lot of narrative story. Its more of a classic adventure game. And a very compelling Story.

Beautiful game! I had a couple issues with Best Buy damaging the game itself though.

Came in good condition! My first order was crushed. I guess it's a gamble when ordering collector's edition.
