I can control five different devices with this single switch. The metal case is very sturdy. The remote uses two AAA batteries, so I can use rechargeables and save money. I couldn't find information online about the remote, so I had to go on the "Chat" to make sure it used AAAs. I suggest adding that information to the description online. I have Dish, Roku and a DVD player hooked up at this time and can switch back and forth between them with ease.

I bought 3 of these splitters and only one of them stay connected with no issues. The others you have to manually disconnect and reconnect. The first splitter is perfect; I won’t buy another bank on that!!
