Really good value for money. Easy to use. Four things I found a little annoying. The first was the depth the trays. Too shallow for biltong. Two, the temperature maximum is too low. The temperature minimum is too high. Not by much but it is there. Thirdly, the maximum amount of time is about half of what I would ideally lije. Lastly, the trays are not easy to wash. None of these would preclude me from recommending this product as there as I had specific needs which I adapted to the units specific specifications.

I bought this under an impression that it dehydrates meat. It does not, so I returned it without opening.
