I've had for about 1 month only. Mainly got it because I was 100% sure it would fit in the cabinet shelving space that was built. It's a little on the smaller size (for example my large plates cannot rotate, though they fit inside) as far as standard microwaves go, but it has a nice stainless steel look that is clean. Wasn't my 1st choice but again, I was limited by the size that these contractors stupidily built my microwave cabinet shelf. This is probably best suited for someone living in a small space with small counter space, like an apartment, and who doesn't utilize large dishes much but rather microwaves things like TV dinners or tupperwares or something.

its big enough to cook and heat up everything that I need, but yet is small and doen't take up much space in my apartment. Works perfectly fine, and has a lot of features that I probably won't use but once.

I would like to have had the opportunity to discuss my review and complaints with the company. However, Oster seems to be one of the ever more present consumer companies that has a PO Box for its address, automated telephone line for its calls, and noreply@ auto email address - so I am going to leave my review for all in the public domain. About a month or two after purchasing out Oster OGYU701 we are unable to effectively use approximately half of the keypad. This includes the numeric keypad buttons as well as many across the top row. The start/reset buttons work and the microwave will beep at you, however you are unable to ever set a power level and actually heat your food. This started after 2-3 times of actual use. Judging by my experience, as well as the other reviews, this is clearly a substandard product. My main issue lies in the lack of consumer support that is clear avoidance and a hope that you, the consumer, will quickly eat the cost of replacement. This service is unacceptable to me. More so, I am a working person and have little time to play games with the lack of response I have received to date. I am unable to return the item to the store for a new faulty item and would like to have Oster contact me and replace the product on their own accord. Unfortunately, I am unable to get in touch with them properly through their website or phone line. Please do not repeat this mistake yourself.

I have had this microwave for almost two years now and I have never had a problem with it. It is on the small size but knowing it's a .7 cubic feet microwave that is be be expect, with that said this is perfect for someone that lives in a dorm or by him or herself, even for a small family of two. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars, is not because it doesn't perform well (because in performance this is a 5 star), but because it does get dirty fast. Since the exterior is highly reflective finger prints oil, and smears show up frequently and I found myself constantly spraying the front and cleaning it, after only a couple of uses.

This microwave looks great however the turntable is constantly falling off and the keypad is too small. It's extremely annoying. It microwaves very well however, the small keypad and the turntable take away from the experience. It's nice to look at anyway!

This microwave is not good at all. Purchased from best buy, broke down within 7 months even with a single handed use.

It worked well at first. Just used it for warnimg things up. After owning it a short while, it broke down. It would run when the door is closed and would not turn off until I opened the door. This is even if there are no buttoms being pressed. JUNK!

Just fizzled out after a few years. I expected it to last better. No huge loss, however--the constant beeping on this thing drove us crazy. It beeps when you open it, beeps with every button push, beeps incessantly when it's finished...and no way to disable the sound.
