Q: I am concerned about a non-stick coating (Teflon). Does the bucket have such a coating?

The non-stick coating used with bread maker pans is not made of ptfe. The coating is called CCC coating which contains Dalkin Coating and Shin Tek coating. We hope this information is useful. Q: does it have a dough cycle to just mix dough
A: Yes, it has only a dough cycle.
Q: Are the parts of this product dishwasher safe?
A: I don' t know what the company says but after I remove the loaf from the pan, I wash and dry it quickly and put it away. The loaf just slides out leaving only flour residue. No real dirt.
Q: Does this come with recipes, or do you need to buy separate?
A: It comes with a great little recipe book. My favorite is the Country French bread recipe. Use it all the time
Q: Can you use this to make 100% Whole Wheat bread?
A: Yes, any kind of bread
