Pre seasoned or Not pre seasoned, can't tell

Nice size, when I first used it . It was very non-stick, but the 3rd time things started to stick. It said it was pre-seasoned, so I didn't season it, but the 3rd time I had to season it, but it still sticks. It does heat up fast.

This wok has completely changed the way I cook stir-fries—fast, even heating and zero sticking also I can make fried rice easily.
