I never have an issue with otter box. I got this one instead of the defender pro because I wanted it to sit nicely in my pocket and it did just that. It kept my phone protected and I haven’t had any issues. The only thing I would change is the little flap that covers the charging port. We dont really need that.

I used the otter box for 2 years before having to buy another one and I’ll continue to buy this style. It’s not bulky and I feel my phone is protected

Have had no problems protecting my phone when dropped but my charging port cover just fell off.

i really love the case, good grip and good protection and not too bulky, but i feel there is a quality control issue due to the fitment of the two layers of the case. my charge port cover is not flush with the case as i have seen in other reviews. the mild offset of fitment does not impair the protection of the phone, just a little inconvenient

When Covid struck I though I would be disinfecting my phone. Thus I dumped an Apple leather case for the OtterBox. As it turns out I decided that I like the protection offered by the OtterBox case. When I swapped a iPhone 11 Pro for the 13 Pro I purchased the compatible OtterBox case. When I upgrade again, it's my plan to get another OtterBox. With respect to Qi charging, it's possible with the OtterBox case in place. MagSafe doesn't grip the phone given this OtterBox case doesn't have integrated magnets. Though if you place the phone with case over a MagSafe charge, the phone and charge work together without issue. Sensitivity to location of the charge on the back of the phone is a little more touchy because of the thickness of the case, but nothing that should stop a purchase. Overall I think this is a good option for someone that wants drop protection for an iPhone.

The OtterBox Commuter is a great case and provides excellent protection. The Commuter case fits snuggly around the phone, and the case slides in and out of your pocket. This Case is slimmer than the Otterbox Defender, but provides the same great protection as the defender. Would recommend to anyone!!

This case is less bulky than the top of the line Otterbox. Great protection for your iPhone. Some concern over the flexible tab that covers the charging port. It will probably be the first thing to wear out on this case. I carry my phone in a front pants pocket. Have seen the case partially slip off a phone corner when pulling the phone out.

Easy to use, fit's well, safety is terrific, has been dropped a few times, no damage to the phone. Pricing was reasonable, ordered online, picked up at the store, not a long wait period

I've always been comfortable with OtterBox cases. I just upgraded from the iPhone 6s to the 13 Pro (quite a leap). I purchased this OtterBox and am very happy with it. There aren't any real directions with it...at first I started to separate the rubber piece from the glass piece...but you don't need to do that. It's ready to go right out of the box. You just need to maneuver your phone in. It has a protective rubber door for the charging port also. I applied my glass screen protector first and that doesn't affect the case's fitting on the phone. Very happy with it!

I used to use the defender series on every phone and they would crack and break eventually. They were big and bulky and would protect your phone but it was not pocket friendly and I am sorry but the belt clip is just ridiculous. On my last phone I made the switch to this series and purchased again for my newest phone. It has protected my phone just as well but it fits in a pocket, it’s sleek, slim and gets the job done without that goofy belt clip. Durability is great as long it breaks before the phone it does what it was intended to do.

Case fits perfectly. Not bulky like my other OtterBox case and I can still use my tripod adapter without having to remove the phone from the OtterBox case.

Otterbox is a brand that I trust. It didn’t fail. I like this case on my phone for added protection.

This is my go to case for my phone. When you couple this case with a good quality tempered glass screen protector, you have all around good protection for your device. I also like that this case is easy to grip, and is fairly thin and smooth. It doesn’t bind up your pocket.

I have used OtterBox on my iPhones for years and have been very happy with them. My one complaint about this one is, I wish it had more texture on the sides and back for better holding grasp. Over all, it protects my phone well. I have dropped it once with no damage. It is good protection without adding a lot of weight and bulk.

This phone cover protects my phone perfectly. I have the iPhone 13 pro. I love it because it shows a lot of the phone but also protects it tremendously.I high recommend this case

I love this Otterbox because it's not as bulky as the Defender case and it has the ‘gripper’ type edge so it doesn’t slide off from slippery objects like the counter top. It’s perfect!

I've had this phone one week. Last night, it slipped out of my hand, landing on my toe, where I proceeded to dropkick it down the driveway. It was like one of those slow motion sequences in the movies. Fearing the worst, I picked up my phone to discover...one slightly abraded place on the OtterBox's raised edge around the lenses. I'm disappointed that my OtterBox is no longer mint, but I'll take it, given the alternative would've been the lenses being irreparably damaged, and who knows what else.
