Customer Ratings & Reviews

I bought my case August 2025. Although it has saved my phone from several drops, it is showing signs of peeling and looks a bit worn down. Otherwise, it does the job.

Picked up the OtterBox for my Galaxy S25 Ultra and it’s been exactly what I was looking for. I’ve already dropped my phone a couple times and this case took the hits with zero damage to the phone. It’s protective without the brick-like bulk some cases have, which makes it easier to carry every day. The textured surface gives a solid grip so it doesn’t slip when pulling it out of a pocket or running it one-handed. It has a clean, low-profile look that blends right in with the rest of my everyday carry gear—no flashy colors or oversized branding, just function that fits the gray man approach. If you want a case that actually protects without ruining the sleek lines of your phone, this is it.

The cover is good protecting my phone well with good looking

Great product. Very durable. Thank you very much..

I've been a long time Otterbox customer. My previous otterbox for my Galaxy S20 lasted me about 4 years. This one for the S25 Ultra was a significant disappointment. I purchased this in June of this year, and by September, the case has broken in two different areas, and the rubber interior part was peeling in several locations, notably around the upper areas by the volume buttons and the side opposite of the volume buttons. I contacted Otterbox about this issue, and they just directed me to the warranty website. I opted to give them another chance via the warranty. They offer to send me a replacement case for free, but I had to pay $13 for shipping and handling. Fast forward to today, about a month in, and the replacement case is doing the same, rubber inner case is peeling, and the hard shell broke by the charge port already. And I'm a light phone user. My last Galaxy lasted me 5 years. No screen cracks, no drops. I've already replaced my Otterbox with a Spigen. Time will tell if the Spigen is a more durable case. But avoid the Otterbox Commuter at all costs. And speaking of costs, this isn't cheap.

I purchased the OtterBox Commuter Series case for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra from Best Buy, and I'm very happy with it. The case fits perfectly and provides excellent protection without making the phone feel overly bulky. The grip is comfortable, the buttons remain easy to press, and the raised edges help protect the screen and camera lenses. Installation only took a few seconds, and the quality is exactly what I'd expect from OtterBox. It also works great with wireless charging, so I don't have to remove the case. If you're looking for a durable, well-built case that offers solid everyday protection while keeping a slim profile, I definitely recommend the Commuter Series.

This case fits the Galaxy S25 Ultra perfectly and provides excellent protection without adding too much bulk. The buttons are responsive, the grip feels secure, and the quality is outstanding. I would definitely recommend it.

The OtterBox Commuter Series case for the Galaxy S25 Ultra offers exactly what I was looking for — reliable protection without the bulk. The fit is perfect and it feels solid in the hand without being too slippery or too grippy. It slides easily into my pocket and doesn’t attract lint like other rubbery cases. The buttons are responsive, and I appreciate the added dust cover for the charging port. Overall, it gives me peace of mind knowing my phone is safe from everyday drops and scratches. Highly recommend for anyone looking to protect their investment without sacrificing style or comfort.

This case fits well and provides great protection for the phone. The color is even better in person than in pictures. It's a unique color so it's easy to spot my phone among others.

Fits great and feels good in the hand. Seems like it'll offer more than enough protection

I’ve been using this Otterbox case, and it delivers absolute peace of mind. The construction is incredibly solid, providing a perfect, secure fit and flawless shock absorption against concrete drops. The raised edges offer excellent defense for the screen and camera lenses. Despite its heavy-duty defense, the case handles beautifully with a non-slip grip and perfectly tactile buttons. Otterbox remains the gold standard for device protection—highly recommended!

Ive have always purchased Otterbox and I dont think I would ever do any other brand for phone cases. This otterbox case is very durable and has a nice sleek look and feel that it gives to my phone. Ive dropped my phone multiple times already and when I do I know its no big deal because it has never broke or cracked on me because I have this case. Best purchase ever.

The case is minimalistic, but feels safe. The feel of the case is great and the grips helps to hold it in place when you put it down.

This Otterbox case is absolutely great. It delivers legendary drop protection and a surprisingly sleek profile that doesn't add unnecessary bulk to the phone. The grip feels secure in the hand, the buttons remain perfectly tactile, and the port covers do an excellent job of keeping out dust and debris. If you want top-tier peace of mind to protect your investment, this is the case to get.

Like everything else, Otterbox cases have become ridiculously expensive. They've always been pricey, but now it's crazy. That being said, they're still good quality. I've sworn by them for years and they've always protected my phones very well. This one is no exception (so far) and I happen to like the green color. I recommend Otterbox in general and this case in particular, but you should always look for sales. I bought this one half-off, and that was worth it. Full price is far too much.

A nice sturdy case that really protects my cell phone, the color like a teal green, it's really beautiful.

Slim, tough, and reliable. It offers solid drop protection without adding too much bulk, and the grippy sides help prevent slips. Easy to put on, pocket-friendly, and perfect for everyday use if you want protection
