Fit my iPad Pro perfectly and easy to carry with or without pen. I haven’t lost my pen yet because of the solid connection to the caseand that’s a good thing. I’ve dropped it multiple times and the pen doesn’t even come out unless you want it to.

I have often been told that Otterbox cases are the best. This is the first one I have ever bought, and it is very sturdy and durable. The only reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 stars is because I found it very challenging to get shell on and off. Additionally, I struggled to get the stand to close back up once it was opened. The instructions were not as clear as I would have liked. I did figure everything out eventually though.

It’s a great iPad protector. I love it. It’s a little heavy, but it doesn’t matter so long as it’s protecting my investment.

Very protective, I use it when I am video recoding and running around with it for safety but use another case when using for general use and reading as this case is bulky… but it definitely serves the purpose that I bought it for.

The kickstand flap is very difficult to open due to the catch in the middle and there is a risk breaking the hinge or the catch. I have already exchanged the item through the Best Buy store but the exchange item still has the same problem. I started an OtterBox warranty replacement but that takes a few days and I don't know if the warranty replacement item will resolve this issue. Anyone else have the same issue with this case? OtterBox can you please respond to this issue.

Sturdy cover. Gives you the confidence to carry your iPad around in your bag.

This will give you the best protection out of all of the cases sold at Best Buy hands down. It’s a great case to have on if you are giving the iPad to a child or anyone else who is not careful with delicate devices. The only downsides that I see are that the kickstand is on a separate attachment and is a pain to close up after it’s open. Plus the case adds a lot of weight to the iPad. I don’t use mine for long periods of time so the added weight is not really an issue but I can see where it could be if somebody is holding it for more than 30 minutes.

I have purchased OtterBox products in the past and have had good luck with them. I decided to try this defender series for my new M4 iPad Pro. I am still not very excited about the screensaver that they include and also how difficult it is to get the top case off of the iPad to use it. The case does fit well and is rugged and protective but takes a little bit of effort to fit the iPad into it. The pencil pro will not fit into the space allotted for the pencil since it is too short to accommodate. The four position stand on the back of the case is flimsy and seems like it would easily break. It was difficult to use and definitely warrants a better design. Overall, I was not that excited about this latest iteration of the OtterBox defender case and decided that the quality had fallen off since my purchases for prior iPads and I decided to return the case to Best Buy. I ended up purchasing a Zugu case which is what I had with my last iPad Pro and is so much easier to use and well thought out.

Had Otter-Box products in past and always been pleased and felt they were worth the price. This case is a pain, the prop sticks and has to be removed to collapse it, prop may or may not slide, tilt is wrong, constantly falls over, would absolutely return if had receipt. Will be shopping Amazon for another one. Save your money and pass on this case

Would give 3 1/2 stars if BB allowed. I like the case itself but the new cover design is pretty terrible. It seems flimsy and can be difficult to close, which has me thinking it's going to break every time I close it. Much prefer the old cover design. And HOLY GEEZ these things aren't getting any cheaper. I'm torn on whether or not I'd recommend this -- I don't like having to answer simple yes/no questions when it comes to product recommendations. If it were $20 cheaper OR still had the old over design I'd say yes. Lacking both, though... I'll say yes, but only because there aren't really any other equivalent options for a case that provides the protection that the Otterbox Defender line offers. Maybe hit up a value menu at the drive thru for a week or so to make up for the extra expense.

Offers great protection, but at a price… a BULKY one. So much so that I returned it. The plastic cover on the screen is just too much that it takes away from the user experience. No good way to charge the Apple Pencil. Good for certain scenarios, but not mine.

It's the most solid unit on the market. That being said the screen protector isn't ideal. Should be a glass one. And the cover blocks the camera on the back. Besides that works great

The only thing I do not like is that there is no hole for the camera but it does protect the iPad and is not bulky

My son is notoriously harsh on his stuff. He had recently received a new iPad and I knew I did t want it damaged so I had purchased another off brand cover similar to this one at a better price. Well, you get what you pay for as it didn’t fit properly and didn’t feel like good quality. Returned and purchased this instead and it fits like a glove with great protection.

For protection, it is hands down the best. But if you want to USE your iPad, it’s awful. The stand is hard to open fully and even harder to close. You can charge an apple pencil only when the stand piece is off or covering the front—you cannot charge while the iPad is resting on the stand. And the pencil holder is too small for the new pencil pro, so it destroys the tip the first time you try to store it.

This case is perfect for the iPad M4 Pro 11”. I do appreciate the fact that it has a building screen protector… Some people do not like that… And I understand why… Although it does save you about $30 because they are quite expensive. I have seen reviews that said the screen doesn’t fit tight against the display, but I do not find that to be the case. I do like the stand… It seems like they updated it… I just wished it had a few more viewing l angles… As it is quite limited.

This OtterBox is likely a good protection for the i-Pad, however, the GeekSquad representative helped me pick this out and he was wondering why it was so difficult to get it in place. After having problems with my camera, I called Apple and after some time going through Settings, etc. they finally asked if my camera was covered.....well, yes it was because they sold the the WRONG ONE for my i-Pad!

Good general protection, but the iPad was extremely difficult to take out of the Otterbox outer shell. Part of the screen is also exposed when completely shut. They don’t make them like they used to. I used it for a week and switched to the Zagg Rugged Keyboard. Will be returning, not worth the money.

Excellent protection for a very valuable purchase. The only problem is that it is bulky!
