I was impressed with this case because of its double layered protection--a plastic inner shield and a rubber outer shield. However, when I tried to charge the iPhone with a 3-rd party wireless charger, the two layers of distance between the iPhone and charger was too much to sustain a charge cycle. I then purchased the Apple MagSafe charger, which I expected to be more powerful, but was still not able to get a reliable charge. So I made a hole in the outer, rubber case layer the size of the charger (photo 1). The charger fits into the hole (photo 2) and thus has only the plastic case layer to separate it from the iPhone. This seems to have solved the problem. Perhaps OtterBox could consider adding this hole to the rubber back, or at least providing a knock-out so that the customer could enable wifi charging.

I’ve used Otterbox cases for about ten years now. I’ve used them on literally every iPhone I’ve owned. This one is good and all, but like many other em reviews say on here, the case will fall out of the holster with the slightest bump. I had to actually insert electric tape at the bottom corners of the holster to make it fit tighter, as I can’t afford to lose a $1,000 IPhone. Otterbox, please read these reviews and take care of this issue. It seems your quality control has lapsed lately….??

I used this protector for my iPhone for 2 years, and it was excellent. Pros: great performance, my phone fell down many times but never had any damage Cons: very bulky. The mag safe charging in my car does not work when the phone cover was on.

Excellent protection, and mount (for belt) has a distinct "click" to ensure the phone is secure. In addition, the mount can be used to set the phone on a surface - for video calls and for hands-free calling as well as for web/app viewing/scrolling.

This case is the best otter box case I’ve gotten. Solid and sturdy I’ve dropped it plenty of times still looks brand new. It also has a cushion inside the case to absorb shock and has a bounce to it if u don’t want a broken phone this case is the best to get.

Top Not h protection for your iPhone! I’ve dropped it riding my Harley and it bounced along the road. Picked it up and not a scratch on it! Worked perfectly!

The case is very high quality and it gives me very good grip.One thing that I like is that it is very strong even if I dropped it wouldn’t have a scratch on it.

It’s a great case for the iPhone 12 Pro Max and it really protects your phone

Phone case is great!! Belt clip sucks! Every time you bump into something even slightly the phone pops out. Also does it when you sit in car or truck seat..
