I purchased original maybe a year ago came in for warranty claim and was told I had to buy a new one because the old one was discontinued, the bought replacement is and looks exact,I feel like I was ripped off I’m not happy with these new outer boxes, go back to the old rugged ones, when otter box was quality

This is my go to case for any smartphone I buy. With the OtterBox name you always get a quality and well made case with tons of protection!! Life time warranty so you don't have to worry if sometime happens with your case. If you don't mind some bulk its a case you can't beat.

Very nice and heavy duty. Go’s together real easy. The tabs used to snap the front and back are little difficult to use( it would be better if my finger nails were longer)

I’m formerly a Lifeproof Fre user before they downgraded their Fre to a terrible concept for the IPhone 13 (?). Although there isn’t 360 degree protection it offers a textured back that is MagSafe and tactile side buttons. If you’re looking for good protection with MagSafe charging and a non slippery case this should satisfy all those requirements albeit it is pricey unless you can get it on sale (black) like I did.

the case isnt very bulky which is super nice and it protects the phone very good just wish it had a cover for the screen

I have a history of dropping my phone. Several times a day I am not droppin it as much due to the texture of the case.

Great projection. I have dropped it already unfortunately. But the back is slippery and the padding gives it more girth. That is the only reason for the 4 stars. I love OtterBox. I have a different model on my phone now that doesn’t take up so much room. It works better with my stand up charger.

This case is wonderful! It is a better case than the silicone cases that you get from the Apple Store. If it ever falls you can 100% trust it to not let your screen be busted!!

The OtterBox Defender is a great quality case to protect my IPhone 16 Plus. The case is easy to grip, and is not too bulky.

Good case if you work outside, pair with a screen protector.

I’ve used Otterbox on my phones for years. I do drop the phone ocassiinally and that’s why I protect it in an Otterbox.

i've been a fan of the defender series for years. is it overkill? probably. but i've never had a broken phone or a screen. otterbox even sent me a free stand in the mail when i registered the product. i also added an insignia screen protector from a 3 pack. i recommend that as well.
