The OtterBox Defender Series Pro feels extremely solid and gives my Galaxy S25 Ultra excellent protection. It fits securely, has a good grip, and the raised edges add extra protection around the screen and cameras. It does make the phone a little bulkier, but that is worth it for the added durability. Overall, it feels very well made and is a great choice if you want serious protection for an expensive phone.

I've trusted otterbox defender cases for years to protect all my various ridiculously expensive phones, and they've always served me well. The only drawback is the bulk required to adequately protect such a slab of technology- enter the included belt holster. Don't need to worry about trying to stuff this brick in your pocket! Except this generation of cases Otterbox has decided to try and cheap out and save a few bucks by shorting us the absolutely necessary holster! Included in the box is a flyer asking "Want a free holster?" with a QR code to the website with a promo code to get the ($15?!) holster for free with free shipping. OK, that's pretty garbage not to include it but fine. BUT WAIT, there's more! The holster is "sold out" with only an option to input an email address in the vain hopes of notification when(if) it's back in stock. Otterbox, this was a pretty grimy move on a $65 case. When the market is flooded with alternatives, doing something so anti-consumer is a pretty scummy move.

I love this brand of phone case because it's one of the best in the world in terms of design, comfort, and especially the quality of its materials, as it protects my phone in every possible way.

I purchase this OtterBox Defender case for my Galaxy s25 Ultra phone I've used the OtterBox brand since my first Galaxy phone the s 3 I started using these cases because it looked strong and sturdy it wasn't until I dropped my phone while slamming my truck door catching the phone in the door the case didn't survive but my phone did not a scratch on it not a cracked screen so I've been buying the OtterBox brand Defender case ever since

Otter’s Box Defender is just that! Protecting your cellphone investment for years to come. My last OtterBox lasted well over 8 years! Now I have a New lastest AI technology phone with all the Bells and Whistles that I really need that OtterBox Protection. Great Brand! Please this product is a must to have and use. Definitely I recommend OtterBox for your cell phone Protection as it is for mine. Style of creation, the hardness, the strength of the curves - if even brought the glass shield to add to the screen . The Geek Squad can help with the placement. BESTBUY has it all covered for you. That’s why I shop at BESTBUY. I truly recommend 5 Stars!!!!!

I like the size of the phone as well as the camers quality and how fast it processes my apps and games. Solid phone and the pen comes in handy when I want to make a note of something but don't want to open my notes app.

Best Buy Best Price for best Otterbox case for new Samsung S25 Ultra … my wife only deserves The Best! (She got me!!)

Excellent ergonomics and texture. The case is very durable as well saved the phone from a couple drops so far. Allows us to let our kids use the phone without worrying about broken screens. Would highly recommend it to protect your device.

Nice case, very functionable. It fits the phone well.

Case outer rubber doesnt quite fit the inner shell correctly. Gaps on top of phone and backside covering 'bubbles'

I’m extremely happy with this OtterBox case. The build quality feels solid and durable without being overly bulky. It fits my phone perfectly, with precise cutouts for the camera, buttons, and charging port. The buttons are still easy to press, and the case provides a secure grip so it doesn’t feel slippery in my hand. I especially love the raised edges around the screen and camera — they give me extra peace of mind knowing my phone is protected from drops and scratches. The design is sleek and professional, so it looks great while still offering heavy-duty protection. Overall, this case delivers exactly what you expect from OtterBox: reliable protection, great fit, and long-lasting quality. Definitely worth the investment!

The OtterBox Defender Series Pro Hard Shell offers rugged, dependable protection for your Galaxy S25 Ultra without adding too much bulk. Its multi-layer design — with a solid outer shell and a shock-absorbing inner core — helps shield your phone from drops, bumps, and daily wear. The textured finish provides a secure grip, and the included protective cover for the camera and port covers keep out dust and debris. While it’s more robust than slim cases, it still feels comfortable to hold and use every day. If you want serious, no-nonsense protection that you can trust, this OtterBox is a strong choice.

I picked up the OtterBox Defender case from Best Buy, and it’s easily one of the toughest cases I’ve ever owned. I work in a rough environment where my phone is constantly exposed to dust, drops, and all kinds of impacts, and this case has handled it all without a problem. The multi-layer protection feels solid, the port covers keep debris out, and the built-in holster clip is a nice bonus. It does add some bulk, but that’s expected with heavy-duty protection. The grip feels secure in the hand, and the buttons still respond well through the case. I’ve dropped my phone more than once since putting it on, and it hasn’t taken a single scratch. If you’re looking for maximum protection and peace of mind, this case is worth every penny. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs durability over slim style. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This OtterBox cell phone case is very sturdy and offers a lot of protection. There is a coupon inside the box to order a free holster. Make sure you read the instructions and watch the video to know how to take apart the pieces of the case that come in the box, and so you know how to put your phone into the case - it is not immediately obvious. There is an inner part of the case fit snugly into the outer part of the case - so snugly that you don't even realize there are two separate parts - it looks like just one part. Once you figure out how to put the phone into the case, the case fits well and is very solid and sturdy.

It took me awhile to get this phone because i never buy anything for myself. I had my son on the phone when i called best buy i thought i was going to throw up saying yes to 1100 dollars! My done kept saying mom you need a phone that is going to do everything you want that doesn't stop working good after 2 years. You get what you pay mom. I said but in the 66 years I've been alive I've never spent that must money on myself. My son was wow this phone the samsung S25 ultra is amazing, everything i wanted. The camera is incredible! I've had it for 8 months and i still don't know everything this phone does. Went to Texas to see my daughter and she showed me how to do speak to text. I'm in heaven now my finger are filled with arthritis so this is the best yet lol. The AI is so much fun, and the games keep me amused. I love the size, the color the apps, i can't recommend this phone enough. Thank you samsung for making my world exciting again, this phone is superior to anything I've ever had.

Like all otterboxes its a little bulky. And the bask is textured for grip. I could live without that detail. But as a product uts great and works as intended! I also just realized yesterday it has a little area to put a strap or charm if i wanted and I'm super greatful for that because I'm clumsy! Overall great product! Texture nit for everyone!

I just got the OtterBox Defender Series case for my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, this thing is a beast. it makes your sleek S25 Ultra feel like a brick but honestly I'm clumsy, and the sturdiness feels like it could survive my everyday stress test of dropping it 20 times so If you're like me and constantly dropping your phone, or just want peace of mind, this is absolutely the case to get. It's kinda bulky, but totally worth it for the protection. It's just up to you to decide if it's worth the price

If it werent for this case my phone would be literally be cracked and broken many times! Had it for a year now and been through drops and alot of traveling with no scratches on my phone. The only problem i had was finding a screen protector because the top outer frame of the 3 piece part slightly has a over hang onto the screen causing the screen protector to break the seal on certain corners making the screen protector look like it has a big bubble
