The case is clean and durable. Ive dropped it a few times with no problems.

Only purchased since I had to purchase an S26. My first Otterbox was used for my S9. Basically I wore the Otterbox out and the S9 slipped out of the case I pulled it from my pocket. For the years of use I got out of the original one, it was my fault that I had not replaced it.

I dropped it accidentally three times dont know what was wrong with my hand that day the last time it fell screen down in a cement floor i thought I was going to pick it up to find the screen crack boy was i wrong i heard about these cases before and didnt think they could be that durable after experiencing those three drops back to back again boy was i wrong very hard material very durable around the outside seems to be a bit thick love the case the only thing i wish is they made it for all cellphones anybody thats never had a otterbox phone case i highly recommend if you want to keep your phone in one piece

I HAVE USED OTTERBOX PHONE PROTECTOR FOR A LONG TIME AND HAVE DROPPED MY PHONE A NUMBER OF TIMES AND NEVER A PROBLEM. I HAVE SEEN OTHER PROTECTORS, AND THEY'RE MORE OF A COPYCAT OF OTTERBOX. OTTERBOX ALSO HAS A LIFETIME REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE.

We always buy otterboxes. They are the best protector for phones. Every phone that has had an otterbox on it has survived for many years. Anytime we use something different, we have a cracked phone within months

This an outstanding product that I continue to use on my replacement phone. I have used Otterbox products now for ten years.

I had to replace my phone and my old case wouldn't fit I was looking at the Defender and Commuter Otter Box. The Defender is noticeably heavier to me and is difficult to get out of my pocket. Although it offers super good protection the other factors were not what I like. I ended up ordering the Commuter case by Otterbox and like it much better. I didn't realize it, but the commuter was the case I had owned for my 3 previos phones (older versions). I am a female with small hands - it just wasn't right for me.

This case offers some serious protection for my new phone. My only complaint is that it was a little difficult to figure out how to put it on as it didn't come with any directions.

Was not happy about the changes to the Otterbox since the last time I purchased one but by adding the screen protector I feel better.

I have used this otterbox twice now...drop my phone alot. I have to watch a video to review how to encase it, but worth the effort. The only problem is the silicone tab covering the charger port starts to tear after a couple of years. I think it would have been completely off in another year. I think the price is a bit high. I think if it were about 59.00 like it used to be, I would be happier.

The otterbox is a complete safety guard for my phone which has already proven its function in the first week. Only the first installment was a bit tricky but manageable with a YouTube video. :)

Very durable. Snug fit. Good quality. Only thing is, it would be nice to have a lense cover for the camera.

A good case to protect your cellphone from everyday drops and hazards. The clamshell inner case and sturdy rubber outer case gives me confidence the phone will survive daily use.
