Customer Ratings & Reviews

This item is perfect. It adds a touch of elegance and style to the iPhone. It has a leathery look and feels great in the hand. The fit is very tight, and I switch between my Mophie and my OtterBox from time to time when I know I will be somewhere without a charger. To be honest, I would rather leave it in the OtterBox because of the look and the feel. I do not drop phones, or at least I try not to lol, but this case gives me a real sense of security because I know the company stands behind its product. The extra-long extension on the back that protects the camera lenses is perfect — it sits high enough to keep the lenses safe without getting in the way. This was a great buy.

I love the color and look of this case however over time it starts to fade and small rips in the material around the bottom get ruined very fast. Hope they can fix this issue

I love how it’s not thick. I have already dropped it a couple times (I’m a little clumsy) and no damage. Sometime when you drop your phone the phone case will get a dent or ding in, nothing happened. My screen protector did not crack either. ONLY negative thing is it’s hard to get on the phone. There is no give. I would definitely buy again though.

Beautiful slim profile, solid protection, with responsive buttons, good grip, and raised edges for screen and camera safety. Overall, it’s a great choice if you want a protective case that blends sustainability, durability, and a refined design.

The case feels great in the hands and doesn’t limit the fucntions of the buttons on the 17 PM. It also looks unique from most other phone cases with the brown and bronze scheme it has going on. My only complaint is that the cutout for the camera area has a tiny bit of recess that traps a lot of dirt/dust over time. I’m sure other cases have the same issue but it is annoying to clean that area out without taking the phone out of the case.

Nice aesthetic but feels a little weir as far as texture but still feels premium nice button feel and durability

Sleek, elegant without being flashy - makes a bold statement . I love it . Fits just right . The golden side buttons adds to the executive style it was intended for .

The case fits my phone perfectly and feels sturdy without being too bulky. The leather finish looks great, provides a comfortable grip, and protects the phone well.

I picked up the OtterBox Symmetry Series Cactus Leather Hard Shell for my iPhone 17 Pro Max, and it’s quickly become my go-to case. The leather finish has a rich feel in hand without being slippery, and the color “Desert Saddle” looks great with the phone’s design. The hard shell still gives strong protection against drops and scratches, but doesn’t add too much bulk. Buttons are easy to press, ports line up perfectly, and the camera bump area stays protected without interfering with everyday use. What I liked: Premium leather texture: Feels great, looks classy, and ages nicely Slim but protective: Strong drop resistance without a bulky look Precise fit: Buttons, ports, and camera cutouts feel well-engineered Everyday comfort: Easy to hold and pocket-friendly What to consider: Leather cases naturally show character over time (scratches/marks), but that’s part of the look if you like a lived-in feel Price is a little higher than basic plastic cases, but the materials justify it Added value with Totaltech: As a Best Buy Totaltech member, having 2-year protection on accessories like this made the purchase even easier — especially for premium cases where feel and longevity matter. Bottom line If you want a stylish, everyday protective case that feels great in hand and still keeps your iPhone safe, the OtterBox Symmetry Series Cactus Leather Hard Shell is well worth it. It delivers classy looks, confident protection, and a comfortable experience. Highly recommended for anyone who wants both style and protection in one case.

Me encantó le queda perfecto y da mucha seguridad es delgado

Great weight. Goes perfect with the Orange, iPhone 17 Pro Max & gives my device a polished, professional, masculine but stylish look & feel. Supper pleased with my choice to protect my phone from drops, falls, etc.

I have had several Otterbox phone cases and all have done a great job of protecting my phone as I'm a phone dropper. I've never had a cracked screen. I bought a new iPhone 17 and bought this case. I had a cracked screen within a month. I'll be getting a new case for my phone. However, it's a cute and classy looking case.

[Employee of bestbuy] The case feels awesome hold and looks really good on the orange color-way of iPhone, but it doesn’t seem to hold up overtime and started fraying at the bottom after a month or two.

Looks elegant and good quality. I use it when attending formal occasions.

looks great and the leather feels amazing. It goes very well with the blue.

Very sleek and durable and goes well with the orange phone

Protects the whole phone and looks fresh goes over the edge of the phone

Love it, only wish it had a slight better grip. Would recommend to everyone.

This case is great! The buttons on the side feel great to push, and the case itself feels very high quality. I’ve dropped it a few times now and no damage!

It's holding up really nicely so far, and it conveniently matches the color of my iPhone.
