This case will not work on Galaxy A71 5G T-Mobile

if only I had read the review before buying this case i would have saved the trip and money until there is an Otterbox that will fit my Galaxy A71 5G. The buttons on the case don't align with this phone model that's why the phone turns off by itself on a loop.

Even the phone is excellent but the case i bought was for galaxy a71 not for galaxy a71 5g coss the button is different coss the Antananarivo is bigger on the 5g then the 4g phones

The volume buttons on both case and device didn't match up so it I couldn't use it without "modifying" it a tad

Not cut right.

I'm a big fan of Otterbox. At his saved my bacon many times. But this particular item doesn't seem to fit right. It's too thick and covers my off on and volume buttons.

A71 galaxy otter box

Love otter box. This box did not fit my phone. I had an A71 galaxy with 5 G the Otter box I purchased was just the A71 so button locations were not exactly positioned the same. I returned the product Best Buy did not carry my phone case so picked up an off brand at our local mall.

make sure that you don't have the 5g version of this phone. The case will fit but the buttons do not line up. good luck finding a good case for the 5g version of this phone there are only two that i can find and neither protect like this one would have.

The case does not feel very durable. It has scratches in just two weeks. I intend to replace it with a different cover. It just happened to be the only cover for this phone in stock. It slides around a lot more than the more durable rubberized covers. It has slid out of my purse twice in two weeks.

It took three trips to Best Buy for them to get the correct product. The first two did not match the buttons on the side of the phone and kept the off button depressed = useless. When the third, and correct, item was ordered it applied easily and works fine

Check the version of the phone and case match

There is a difference between the A71 and the A71-5G so be absolutely sure which model you have and what you're buying. The buttons are in slightly different places between the two models. I had to return this because I had the 5G version.

OtterBox Symmetry Series for Samsung Galaxy A71

I have known of the brand OtterBox for years and had previously had a positive impression of the company. I recently purchased the OtterBox Symmetry Series for Samsung Galaxy A71 in Clear. It's ironic that it's from the "Symmetry" series since it didn't even fit the cell phone properly. I mean you could get it on the phone, but the holes on the sides didn't line up with the phone's buttons on the sides so it was impossible to use. Had to return it. Very disappointed especially since it was the only case Best Buy had for an A71.

Cover does not fit correctly over the phone

Does not fit well over the lock button. Also it is a tight fit over the phone so it feels like you are going to break the phone when you take off the cover.

Was sold this case. I purchased a71 5g and it is not compatible. The A71 and the 5g model are different enough to not be compatible. Be warned

I was one of the who didn't read the reviews prior to purchasing..... have never had this problem with a otterbox so I didn't figure this would happen. Like eveyone else's review.... it doesn't fit the buttons for the A71 5G I got my daughter. Still seems like good protection just annoying that she can't lock the phone with the power button.

The otter box had to be returned because even though it is made for this phone the buttons do not match up and It starts Bixby on its own due to the buttons on the side being continually depressed by the ill fitting case

Everything works perfectly except the power-on/Bixby button which fails to activate a lot of the time. Although I generally recommend this protector, I would consider other options prior to purchase.

I didn't care for this phone case. It was to stiff, it would press in on the side buttons on its own. But when I tried to press on the side buttons it was hard to do and they didn't always work. I had to purchase a different box. It did seem it would protect the phone if you dropped it etc

It's an OtterBox.... Need I say more. If you have an A71 Galaxy you should buy this and a ton of tempered glass screen protectors.

Buttons on side not aligned. Unable to use button

The otter box itself is a great way to protect your phone, however this one did not fit my phone properly, as the buttons on the right were not correct. I was unable to adjust the volume and push bottom button to put phone to sleep or wake up.
