This case has been awesome for my Samsung Z Flip 7! From the moment I put it on, I noticed how secure and snug it fits — no loose edges or gaps. The material feels premium and smooth, yet it gives a solid grip so my phone doesn’t slip out of my hands.

Will protect the phone. Already has saved it from a drop. One negative thing, expected in clear cases, it turns yellow fast. It doesn't matter if you're in a clean room. Must be something in the air. Makes no sense. I barely touched the thing and it was put away. the top half got yellow before the bottom half. The bottom half is the half being held 99% of the time. So I don't think it's a wear and use issue. I think it's poor quality material degradation and they scammed us on this one.

Case fits as intended. Protects phone well without a lot of bulk.

The case itself feels sturdy but just after one week of usage, the edges are already becoming discolored. I've bought cheaper clear cases and it doesn't take a week and then gets discolored; takes like months. So this is kinda disaapointing knowing this is otterbox and more pricey.

I came to Best Buy to purchase the Otterbox Thin Flex case. Upon checkout, the astute Best Buy cashier informed me that the Otterbox case had a lifetime guarantee. Therefore, he directed me to the Otterbox warranty website and I was able to get a new via the warranty process. I purchased the case and was then able to return it when my warranty replacement arrived

I have not actually activated it yet, but chose it for the smaller size (folded), which I consider a major plus.
