The charger is size specific to your Oura Ring, a smart, sleep, and fitness ring. Look on the inside of your Oura Ring to find your size.

• Chargers are size-specific: Your Oura Ring Gen3 size can be found on the inside of your smart ring
• Charging time: Your Oura Ring Gen3 can take 20-80 minutes to fully charge, depending on its current battery level.
• Battery level in Oura App: You can check the battery level by tapping the battery icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Home home tab.
• Charge level before going to bed: It’s important that your sleep ring be charged to at least 30% before going to bed. If your battery level isn't at least 30% prior to bed, you’ll miss out on your Sleep insights for the night.
• Connect with USB C: Connect the USB cable to your charging dock and plug the other end into a power source, such as a USB wall plug, laptop, or power brick.
• Place Oura Ring Gen3 on charging dock: The LED will pulse white while your smart ring is charging.
• Learn about the notifications: When the LED turns green, your ring is fully charged. You’ll receive a push notification from your Oura App when charging is complete. This also applies for low battery notifications.
• Troubleshoot your charger: If the LED doesn't light up, check to see that your charger’s cable is properly connected and your ring is positioned correctly, ensuring good contact between your ring and the dock.
• Power cord compliance: The USB charging power cord is intended to be supplied by an external 5Vdc supply that complies with IEC 62368-1 standard.
