Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a few months now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s sleek, comfortable, and so easy to wear that I often forget I have it on. The data it provides about sleep, readiness, and activity has really helped me understand my body better and make small changes that have a big impact. The sleep tracking is particularly accurate — it shows not just how long I sleep, but how well. I love being able to see my sleep stages, heart rate variability, and recovery score every morning. The app is intuitive and gives practical suggestions instead of just numbers. Battery life is excellent (about a week per charge), and the ring itself still looks brand new. It’s also nice that it can track temperature and even detect early signs of stress or illness. Overall, it’s one of the best wellness investments I’ve made. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about improving their sleep and overall health.

My Oura Ring 4 provides detailed information about what I consider the pillars of health, and I’m genuinely thrilled with the insights it delivers. I wear it constantly — it’s comfortable, unobtrusive, and the battery life is impressive. I only need to charge it every few days, and even then it’s quick, usually done while I’m showering and getting ready. I purchased the ring primarily to monitor my sleep patterns. Although I’ve been diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea, those around me often say I sleep quietly, so I wanted a clearer picture of what was really happening. The Oura Ring gives me exactly that: hour‑by‑hour sleep details, personalized guidance, and trends that help me understand and improve my rest. Beyond sleep, I’ve been tracking my activity, heart rate, and stress levels. The increased awareness of how my body responds throughout the day has led to meaningful habit changes. I’ve even experienced some weight loss simply through behavior adjustments inspired by the data. I continue to monitor my metrics daily, and the ring has become an essential part of my wellness routine. In short, the Oura Ring 4 has given me clarity, motivation, and measurable improvements — it’s become one of the most valuable tools in my journey toward better health.

After my husband got his Samsung ring over a year ago, I had been really curious about the best iOS alternative. After doing a bunch of research, the Oura ring emerged as the most accurate ring on the market. I also use an Apple Watch for health monitoring, but it is so delightful to be able to take the watch off at night! Mostly, I love the Oura ring. It’s comfortable, lightweight, non-obtrusive, and seems to do the job. The battery life is great! I typically charge it while I shower, so I never see a dead battery. The sleep tracking is highly sensitive, much more than the Apple Watch, so it records all my little wake-up's throughout the night. The cons of this ring are minimal but worth mentioning. I’m not sure how durable the ring itself is. I’ve had it for almost two months and it is definitely scratched up. It’s not as though I’m wearing it while performing hard manual labor. I just do every day chores and this has led to scuffs and scratches. I also wish the charger was wireless (like an iPod case) where you could throw the ring in it and take the whole thing with you and it would charge. The app needs its own review, but since it is required to access the data from the ring, I will do that here as well. The app is crucial to the use of the ring, and it costs money to use. I don’t love that. However, I do love all the app tells me, so it is worth it for me. The app seems much more in tune with me than Apple Health, even though they share data. A few days after getting the ring, I got a cold. The app knew before I did that I was getting sick. I was able to take precautions to not only not spread my cold to others, but to also turn up the self-care so that the symptoms were not too bad. I also really appreciate the chronotype feature that helps you determine your optimal sleep schedule. It calibrated mine fairly quickly and it matches what I had always felt was best for me. It even dynamically sets a “move” goal each day based on your sleep score from the previous night, intuitively knowing if you feel run down and need an easy day or if you feel energized and ready to climb mountains. The app is a treasure trove of data and informative reports. My biggest gripe about the app, aside from the required subscription, is the sleep tracking feature. Like most people, I climb into bed and then spend some time on my phone. I am not actively trying to sleep, but the ring will interpret that as being unable to fall asleep, which can lower your sleep score. I wish that there was a way to let the ring know when you actually put the phone away, turn off the light, and start to go to sleep. Ultimately the whole product is a little expensive, but the data it provides is incredibly insightful and helpful. If you’re in the market for a smart ring, which you probably are if you’re reading this, I recommend giving the Oura ring a try.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its accuracy and functionality. This sleek, comfortable ring provides detailed insights into sleep, activity, and recovery, making it a valuable tool for anyone serious about health tracking. What stands out the most is the battery life—I easily get 5–7 days on a single charge, which is far better than many other wearables. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, giving me insights into my deep sleep, REM cycles, and even my readiness score for the day. It has helped me fine-tune my routine for better rest and overall well-being. The ring is lightweight and comfortable, so I barely notice I’m wearing it. The app is user-friendly and presents data in a clear, actionable way. While the upfront cost is high, I find the long-term benefits absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a discreet, high-tech health tracker with excellent battery life and insightful data, the Oura Ring is a fantastic choice. 5/5 stars!

Review for Oura Ring 4 I bought the Oura Ring 4 for my husband, and he absolutely loves it! The design is sleek and comfortable, so he barely notices it on his finger. He’s especially impressed by the detailed sleep tracking—it’s given him so much insight into his patterns and how to improve his rest. The fitness and recovery data are also spot on, helping him stay on top of his health goals without feeling overwhelmed. It’s clear that the Oura Ring 4 is well-designed and incredibly accurate. This has been the perfect gift for him, and he wears it every day. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to level up their health tracking!

After wearing the Oura Ring 4 (Stealth, Size 11) every day for the past year, I can confidently say it’s one of the few pieces of tech I forget I’m even using — and I mean that in the best way. Battery life has been solid, though not quite what the specs promise. With Bluetooth and location always on, I consistently get about 4 to 6 days on a charge. It’s not a dealbreaker, but just know it’s more like twice-a-week charging than once. What’s really impressed me is the durability. I wear it during workouts, sleep, and even while doing yard work, and it’s held up incredibly well. After a full year, the ring only has a few faint hairline scratches — nothing you’d notice unless you’re looking closely. The stealth finish still looks clean and low-key. The biggest improvement, though, is the sensor accuracy. Sleep tracking feels noticeably smarter and more in tune with how I actually feel in the morning. Activity tracking is also much more consistent — heart rate, steps, and readiness scores all line up well with other wearables I’ve tested. If you’re looking for a minimalist, no-fuss health tracker that nails the basics and stays out of your way, the Oura Ring 4 is still a great choice a year later.

My husband and I both have one. The black looks great and doesn't show any sign of wear for my husband. I have the silver and it's pretty scuffed up. If you have an HSA and have extra funds I would do it after having mine for a month my husband decided to get one too. The information itself is wonderful I had a horrible fever/flu and it detected it. I use it for ovulation tracking, stress monitoring, and sleep tracking all of which it is great at. Auto activity tracking could use some work but you can manually add in a workout. However: My husband's started to have some connectivity issues and he would have to uninstall reinstall the app a few times than then it would no longer charge at not even 3 months. We had to contact Oura to get it replaced. The AI chat bot it made us use was useless it said there was an issue detected with the ring and said it submitted a ticket but didn't get a confirmation and after waiting a couple days we had to reach out ourselves to get the issue resolved. Once we submitted proof of purchase they were quick to resolve the issue and sent him a new ring.

I truly love it… There’s so many positives about it and not many negatives that I can think of. The app is great. It is flawless and seamless and works very well. Lots of biometrics and information shown about your health and it really goes in depth. Battery life is great. It can last about a week so far. The fit is great. I thought it might be too bulky and heavy, but it’s not at all. It is lightweight and so pretty looks great on the pointer finger or middle finger. Best Buy shipped it fast and I really appreciate them shipping the sizing kit and then reimbursing me the $10 for the kit to go towards the ring. If you’ve been on the fence about it, buy it! FYI I have a protective sleeve on in the photo below, just to be careful of scratches and wear and tear.

I was skeptical at first — could a ring really replace a fitness tracker? After weeks of wearing the Oura Ring 4 in size 10, I can say: absolutely yes. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, breaking down deep sleep, REM, and light sleep cycles with surprising accuracy. I now understand why I feel groggy on certain mornings — and it’s not always about hours slept. The Readiness Score has genuinely changed how I approach my workday; on low-readiness days, I push lighter and I’ve noticed a real difference in performance and recovery. The form factor is a game-changer. As someone who works long hours at a desk and doesn’t want a bulky watch, this ring is comfortable enough to forget you’re wearing it — day and night. The battery easily lasts 5–6 days, which beats every smartwatch I’ve tried. If I had to mention one thing to improve: the monthly subscription ($5.99/mo) adds up over time, and I wish more features were available without it. But the data quality and insights justify the cost if you’re serious about health optimization. Bottom line: If you want deep health data without the bulk of a wearable on your wrist, the Oura Ring 4 is unmatched. I’d recommend sizing carefully (the sizing kit helps!) and committing to at least 2 weeks to fully appreciate the insights. Worth every penny.

I’ve had other versions of the oura ring in the past and this one is the best one yet. It’s very accurate and super stylish. It’s very good at keeping track of my exercise and sleep. My favorite feature is the symptoms radar where it predicts the possibility of me getting sick so I can take extra vitamins and prevent me from having a worse illness. I 100% recommend this product. Keep in mind the stealth color scratches easily but if you’re careful enough it looks really sleek.

I got the black oura ring and I love it! So far so great! Has shown me how certain events are stressing me out to high levels and others are relaxing me. Still a little too early to see cycle results however I'm hopeful. So glad I made this investment I forget that it's even on and I'm able to see how well I've been sleeping and what I need to improve for sleep! Glad I went with the 8 because even with some swelling from running around or sleeping it's big but not too snug and a 9 would have been too loose on my middle finger and too tight on my index finger. Battery life is great honestly has lasted me a long time I love that I don't have to charge it everyday!

Wow! The useful data on this smart ring is amazing. I have been trying to figure out what is going on with my poor sleep and data has been useful in analyzing what is going on. App is great to help summarize info. I love the fact that you can have this on for 7 days before it needs to be recharged. Highly recommend if you are looking for a smart ring to provide you valuable info.

the ring is very useful, has a smooth look and you can barely say it is a device that track your exercise. love the sleep functionality and how it track exercise.

The Aura Ring is a great device overall. It helps me keep track of my sleep, activity, heart rate, and overall health with impressive accuracy. I like how comfortable and lightweight it feels. I often forget I’m even wearing it. The insights it provides are very helpful for understanding my daily habits and improving my wellness. The only downside is that it tends to drain my phone battery faster, especially when I keep all the features connected for real-time tracking. That’s the main reason I didn’t give it five stars. Other than that, I’m really happy with the ring and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and reliable health tracker.

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 daily, and I’m very impressed with its design and functionality. It’s lightweight, comfortable to wear all day, and doesn’t feel bulky at all. The health tracking features are very detailed, especially sleep and activity insights, which have helped me better understand my daily habits. The app is easy to use and provides clear information. The finish in gold looks elegant and high quality. One important thing is to make sure to measure your size correctly before purchasing, as the fit is very important for comfort and accuracy. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this smart ring and would definitely recommend it for anyone interested in health tracking in a minimal and stylish form.

I’ve tried a lot of wellness trackers, but nothing has come close to the Oura Ring. It’s small, stylish, and shockingly powerful for something that looks like simple jewelry. What I love most is how effortlessly it tracks things that actually matter—sleep, recovery, stress, and overall readiness. The sleep insights are insane. It doesn’t just tell you how long you slept; it breaks everything down into deep, REM, and light sleep and shows how each stage affects your energy the next day. The readiness score has honestly helped me prevent burnout. On days when my body needs rest, the ring picks it up before I even feel it. The activity tracking is also super accurate without being overwhelming. It encourages healthy movement instead of pushing you to overdo it. And the continuous temperature tracking and stress monitoring make me feel like I always have a full picture of my health—without having to think about it. Overall, the Oura Ring feels like having a mini health coach on your finger. It’s helped me understand my body, improve my sleep, manage stress, and stay consistent with my health goals. I can’t imagine going without it now! If you want, I can rewrite it in a more casual, fun, short, long, or more emotional tone—just tell me the vibe!

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 4 for almost a year now, and it has exceeded my expectations. The design is sleek, lightweight, and comfortable enough to wear 24/7, even while sleeping. The sleep tracking insights are incredibly detailed and have helped me improve my overall sleep habits. I also love the readiness and recovery metrics, which make it easier to understand how my body is responding to stress, exercise, and daily life. The battery lasts several days on a single charge, and the app is intuitive and easy to navigate. It’s a fantastic investment for anyone looking to better understand and improve their health and wellness.

I love my ring! I originally had it sized for my pointer finger, thankfully my thumb is the same size because that is the finger that I wear it on now. I have an Apple Watch and the ring syncs to both the watch and my phone. I actually feel as though the ring is more accurate than my watch. You will not regret this purchase! If you’ve been questioning whether to buy it, just do it. You will love it! Oh and the best part is the charge on it is amazing and it charges quickly. I can wear it several days before charging. I typically take it off to charge before showering in the morning and by the time I’m done getting ready it’s fully charged again.

Great quality. A lot of good info, especially sleep. Accurate fitness tracking. Good battery life. Comfortable to wear and good looking ring.
