A Life-Changing Upgrade The Perfect Alternative to a Smartwatch I have never left a full review for anything, but this ring absolutely deserves one! It’s slick, simplistic, almost don’t even notice it’s there sometimes! I have been wearing my Oura Ring since the beginning of August. About a year ago, I was diagnosed with a heart issue and needed to get my weight back down. I am proud to say I went from 185 lbs to 125 lbs in a year! Over the summer, I started working out more, mainly doing water aerobics. I previously had an Apple Watch and absolutely hated it. I didn't want a screen, and I didn't want to be interrupted by calls and texts. Plus, given my line of work, I really didn't want anything on my wrist. I started searching for a fitness tracker that didn't involve a second screen, and the Oura Ring popped up. I did a lot of research on the pros and cons because of the price—I didn't want to invest in something only for it to end up in my closet. Wearing the sizing kit for a week before buying was incredibly helpful. I switched between several sizes and learned that my fingers swell in the mornings and go down throughout the day. Now, I feel naked without my Oura Ring; it has truly become a part of me. The battery life is amazing, and it charges so fast! If the battery is low, I just put it on the charger while I’m in the shower, and it’s practically full by the time I get out. The app is great, though it took me a little while to get the hang of it. I had to look up some of the terminology to understand everything it was capable of. I love the meal logging feature—being able to take a photo of my meal and have the AI analyze it is fantastic. I sometimes have to make minor corrections, but it works really well. I do wish they still had a desktop version since I'm old school and don't love being on my phone, but the app is definitely worth your time once you play around with it. The ring spends the first couple of weeks collecting data to learn your baseline, so you won't see much right away. But once it learns your habits, the app gives great holistic health advice. It tells me when I need to rest after a hard day and even gives me nutritional tips. I also love that it tracks everyday movements, like cleaning the house, rather than just structured workouts. The sleep tracking is hands down worth every penny! Compared to other brands, Oura definitely gets this right. I work a 14-day rotating shift from days to nights, and the app helps me combat fatigue and make sure my body gets the rest it needs. I used to think I was good at listening to my body, but Oura gives me the tips and tricks I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also really appreciate the stress level indicators that tell me when I need to take a moment to calm down. Thank you, Oura!

I’ve been extremely happy with my Oura Ring 5. The sizing kit made it easy to find the perfect fit before ordering, and the ring is lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and night. The battery life has been excellent, and I love how detailed the health and sleep insights are. The app is easy to use, and the data has helped me better understand my recovery, activity, and overall wellness. The silver finish also looks sleek and matches everything I wear. If you’re looking for a smart ring that combines style with accurate health tracking, I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this ring! It has exceeded all of my expectations. My husband gave it to me for my birthday, and I was very happy. The new model looks so much better than the previous one. It is thinner, more elegant, and much more comfortable to wear. It doesn’t just look like a smart ring-it looks like a beautiful piece of jewelry. I chose the color that I like the most, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I receive compliments on it all the time. The ring tracks my sleep, heart rate, activity, and other health metrics very accurately. The app is easy to use,and the insights have helped me pay more attention to my heath and improve my daily habits. The battery life is excellent, and I barely notice that I’m wearing it because it is so lightweight and comfortable. It you’re thinking about buying the new Oura Ring, I highly recommend it. It combines beautiful design with excellent technology, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The slimmer design is my favorite improvement over the previous generation. It feels more refined and feminine while keeping all the great features.

I honestly didn’t think I was going to love my Oura Ring as much as I do. I bought it because I wanted to learn more about my health, especially my sleep and recovery, but it’s become something I look forward to checking every single morning. My favorite part is seeing how my body responds to my daily habits. It’s so interesting to see how things like exercise, stress, eating late, or getting a good night’s sleep actually affect my readiness. It has made me much more aware of my overall health, and I find myself making better choices because I can actually see the difference. I also love that it’s a ring instead of a watch. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and I honestly forget I’m wearing it most of the time. The battery lasts a long time, and the app is super easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. As someone who has a heart condition, I’ve become much more intentional about taking care of myself. While I know the Oura Ring isn’t a medical device, it has helped me pay closer attention to my body’s patterns and encouraged me to build healthier habits. That peace of mind and daily awareness have been incredibly valuable to me. This has easily become one of my favorite pieces of technology that I’ve ever owned. If you’re thinking about getting one, I would absolutely recommend it. It’s more than just a smart ring. It’s something that motivates me every day to take better care of myself.

The oura ring is confortable Stylists and easy to West al Day. I especially like how it tracks sleep, activity, and recovery without feeling like a smart Watch. The app is simple to use and the battery Last a long time. My Only downsife it the Membership I give it a 4.5/5 rating!!

I’ve been using the Oura Ring 5 every day, and it has exceeded my expectations. It’s lightweight, comfortable enough to wear all day and while sleeping, and the battery lasts several days. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, and I love seeing my readiness, recovery, activity, and stress insights each morning. The app is easy to understand and has helped me build healthier habits by paying more attention to my sleep and recovery. It also looks like a regular piece of jewelry, which is a huge plus compared to wearing a smartwatch all the time. If you’re looking for a smart ring that provides accurate health insights and motivates you to take better care of yourself, I highly recommend it!

I am absolutely in love with the Oura ring. The recent model has a nice slim design, battery last for almost a week. The tracking abilities of what you can monitor are amazing I was able to eliminate my period tracker by using this too. It’s a piece of mind on the finger couldn’t recommend this anymore, best purchase this year thus far! If I have any feedback, it would just be about the finish - I originally bought the brushed silver, and it almost had a blue undertone to it which I didn’t like and swapped it out for the silver, but the silver has more of a dark/gray look rather than a true bright silver ring. Still giving this five stars, but there is room for improvement on the color finish of the ring.

The Oura Ring 5 has been a great addition to my daily and nightly routine. I really like how discreet and comfortable it is due to it being thinner. The app gives me useful insights into sleep, activity, recovery, and overall wellness. I didn’t realize how much more I needed to take care of my body until I bought my first Oura. In addition, the app is immensely helpful. The sleep tracking in particular has been one of my favorite features because it helps me better understand my sleep patterns and how my daily habits affect my rest. The ring also feels lightweight and easy to wear throughout the day, and I appreciate being able to check my information through the app without constantly having a screen on my wrist. The design is sleek enough to wear with just about anything, and the battery life has been convenient for everyday use. Overall, the Oura Ring 5 combines a comfortable design with detailed health and wellness insights in a surprisingly simple package. It has made me more aware of my daily habits and recovery, and I’m enjoying having that information readily available without another distracting screen. I use it on my non-dominant hand index finger. I hope there are half sizes for the next ring. I struggled to find the size to purchase but with the patience and help of a great Best Buy team I found the right fit which I am very happy with.

I’m really happy with my Oura Ring! It’s comfortable to wear, looks super cute in gold, and was really easy to set up. I love being able to track my sleep, activity, and overall wellness without having to wear a bulky watch. The battery life has also been great so far. Definitely recommend it if you want something stylish that also helps you keep track of your health and daily habits.

I love that the Oura Ring 5 is much thinner than the 4. Looks and feels so much better. Great battery life and my favorite is always the sleep tracking.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! It’s so comfortable and stylish, and I love how easy it is to track my sleep, activity, and overall wellness. It’s helped me understand my body so much better. Definitely recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely Love My Oura Ring!** I absolutely love my Oura Ring 5! It has quickly become something I wear every single day. It’s comfortable, stylish, and feels very high quality. I especially love all the insights it gives me about my sleep, activity, and overall wellness. The app is easy to use and makes all the information simple to understand. The battery life is also great, and most of the time I completely forget I’m even wearing it. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. **100% worth it!**

I made the change from an Apple Watch to the new aura ring 5 and I had always thought the aura rings were bulky and wouldn’t look right on smaller hands. When the 5 came out with a new smaller design it was quite literally perfect! I did all the research and luckily found only one gold one left in my area at Best Buy! It works great for sleep and daily vital tracking. I’d say the only thing I miss is the workout tracking on the Apple Watch just because I could actively monitor my heart rate if I was doing a cardio exercise. You can track workouts on the Aura Ring too just not as detailed information provided during the workout. Just an adjustment to make but other than that, best purchase!! 10/10 would recommend!

This ring is great for tracking your body and how it works, and has helped me change habits and focus on things i didn’t know needs focusing on. the ring itself is sturdy, stylish, and is comfortable to wear, i forget it’s on a lot. the app is great too, and i love everything you’re able to see inside the app. enjoy the ladybug on my hand lol

I genuinely LOVE my Oura Ring. It’s soooo sleek!! I don’t have a protector so mine is scratched a little…I originally wanted it because I was interested in tracking my sleep and overall health, but I did not realize how much information I would actually get from wearing such a small, simple ring. The sleep tracking is probably one of my favorite features. Instead of just telling me how many hours I slept, it gives me a sleep score and helps me understand how well I actually recovered. I also love the Readiness Score because it gives me a quick snapshot of how my body is doing that day. Seeing my sleep, recovery and activity together has made me much more aware of my habits. The activity tracking has also been surprisingly motivating. I can see when I reach or completely exceed my activity goal, and it feels rewarding without needing to constantly check a smartwatch. I personally prefer having everything tracked from a ring because it is so easy to wear and I barely think about it being there. What really makes Oura stand out to me is how much it tracks beyond steps and workouts. I can look at my daytime stress, heart rate, resilience, heart health and even cycle insights. I especially love seeing the temperature changes used for cycle tracking because it gives me another way to understand what my body is doing throughout the month. The app is also one of the biggest reasons I love it. There is a lot of data available, but it is organized in a way that actually makes sense. I can open it and quickly see my Sleep, Readiness and Activity scores, then go deeper whenever I want more information. It has genuinely made me pay more attention to my sleep, recovery and overall health instead of just focusing on how I think I feel. I wear mine every day and would absolutely buy it again. It is one of those products that becomes part of your routine so quickly that you wonder how you went without it.

40% Thinner and Lighter Profile: It's significantly thinner and more comfortable to wear than previous models. It goes from 2.88 mm thick (on the Gen 4) to just 2.28 mm, feeling much closer to a conventional ring. More Durable Stealth Coating: The Stealth version of the Ring 5 features a new technical finish and coating that is more resistant to scratches and friction compared to the dark finishes of previous versions. Longer Battery Life: Battery life increases to an estimated 6–9 days per charge (up from 5–8 days for the Oura Ring 4 and 3–5 days for the Oura Ring 3). More Accurate Sensors: Includes more powerful LEDs and optimized infrared sensors with subtle contact domes. The heart rate signal is stronger and more accurate, improving automatic workout detection even during low-motion activities.

I love my ring! Tracks everything, keeps me in check! Very slim and classic design and very comfortable to wear with no issues so far … so happy I purchased it!!!

This is my 1st Oura ring. I have really enjoyed it. I did buy the size pack to make sure I got the correct size. I wore the size 8 for a couple of days and it was good. So i ordered the size 8 ring when i got it, it did feel a bit tighter. I wore it for like 2 days and it was uncomfortable, if i swell a bit i could barely get it off. I had to exchange and get the 9. It fits much better. The ring is super lightweight. Holds a charge for days! Gives great information.

I’ve been using my Oura Ring for a while now and I’m very happy with it. I chose the silver color and it looks beautiful, clean and elegant in person. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day and while sleeping. My favorite features are sleep and stress tracking. I really like seeing how my sleep, recovery and daily habits affect how I feel. The app is easy to understand and gives me useful information without being overwhelming. I also appreciate that it looks like a regular piece of jewelry rather than a fitness tracker. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it!

I have been wearing Oura’s rings since Gen 2. The integration between the ring and its app is truly refined and polished. The feature set has expanded quite a lot and it is easy to understand why Oura is the one to beat. Ring 5 vs. Ring 4: worth it? If you are a ‘casual user’ who only checks the data every few days or so—maybe not. If you are a regular user who faithfully checks the Sleep Metric as I do each and every morning, I’m thinking yes, you may very well appreciate the refinements from gen 4 to gen 5. Gen 5 IS remarkably smaller and lighter than Gen 4 and I noticed it immediately. It is a lot less bulky and barely protrudes where Gen 4 would regularly rub against my adjacent finger. Battery life so far is noticeably better. Gen 5 seems to use about 11 percent of the battery each day (plus or minus depending on my activity level). Gen 4 was in need of a battery boost about every four days. So far Gen 5 is getting me about 8 days or so. The real value with any fitness device comes in how helpful (and how accurate) the software proves to be. With Oura, I can easily cross check against Apple Health (I own an Apple Watch) and I find that Oura’s metrics tend to more closely align with how I am actually feeling. It does a great job too of warning against looming fatigue from too many hard gym workouts, for example. And it will offer useful advice or guidance on how to re-set, maybe take a day off, etc. This combined with the comprehensive Sleep Metrics really does provide me with personal, useful, and accurate health and lifestyle support. And the fact that it is a simple (looking) and very attractive ring without a display, no speaker, no buzzing, no intrusions(!), makes it that much easier to always wear it. I’m a bit of a health nut, health data geek and I can easily say this is my favorite health tech device. Last point—updating the ring in the app truly could not be easier to do! I had the old ring disconnected and the new ring recognized and synched in under 5 minutes. Absolutely a refined, polished ownership experience.
