I honestly didn’t think I was going to love my Oura Ring as much as I do. I bought it because I wanted to learn more about my health, especially my sleep and recovery, but it’s become something I look forward to checking every single morning. My favorite part is seeing how my body responds to my daily habits. It’s so interesting to see how things like exercise, stress, eating late, or getting a good night’s sleep actually affect my readiness. It has made me much more aware of my overall health, and I find myself making better choices because I can actually see the difference. I also love that it’s a ring instead of a watch. It’s comfortable, lightweight, and I honestly forget I’m wearing it most of the time. The battery lasts a long time, and the app is super easy to understand without feeling overwhelming. As someone who has a heart condition, I’ve become much more intentional about taking care of myself. While I know the Oura Ring isn’t a medical device, it has helped me pay closer attention to my body’s patterns and encouraged me to build healthier habits. That peace of mind and daily awareness have been incredibly valuable to me. This has easily become one of my favorite pieces of technology that I’ve ever owned. If you’re thinking about getting one, I would absolutely recommend it. It’s more than just a smart ring. It’s something that motivates me every day to take better care of myself.

I absolutely love this ring! It has exceeded all of my expectations. My husband gave it to me for my birthday, and I was very happy. The new model looks so much better than the previous one. It is thinner, more elegant,and much more comfortable to wear. It doesn’t just look like a smart ring-it looks like a beautiful piece of jewelry. I chose the color that I like the most, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I receive compliments on it all the time. The ring tracks my sleep, heart rate, activity, and other health metrics very accurately. The app is easy to use,and the insights have helped me pay more attention to my heath and improve my daily habits.The battery life is excellent,and I barely notice that I’m wearing it because it is so lightweight and comfortable. It you’re thinking about buying the new Oura Ring, I highly recommend it. It combines beautiful design with excellent technology, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The slimmer design is my favorite improvement over the previous generation. It feels more refined and feminine while keeping all the great features.

I am absolutely in love with the Oura ring. The recent model has a nice slim design, battery last for almost a week. The tracking abilities of what you can monitor are amazing I was able to eliminate my period tracker by using this too. It’s a piece of mind on the finger couldn’t recommend this anymore, best purchase this year thus far! If I have any feedback, it would just be about the finish - I originally bought the brushed silver, and it almost had a blue undertone to it which I didn’t like and swapped it out for the silver, but the silver has more of a dark/gray look rather than a true bright silver ring. Still giving this five stars, but there is room for improvement on the color finish of the ring.

This ring is great for tracking your body and how it works, and has helped me change habits and focus on things i didn’t know needs focusing on. the ring itself is sturdy, stylish, and is comfortable to wear, i forget it’s on a lot. the app is great too, and i love everything you’re able to see inside the app. enjoy the ladybug on my hand lol

The new oura ring is amazing, I’ve had it over a week and it hasn’t scratched, only charged it once, and looks amazing. HOWEVER, it has no weight to it, its so thin it’s impossible to believe there’s something things inside. If you have and apple watch a garmin, a fitness tracker ring, GET THIS INSTEAD!

I have been wearing Oura’s rings since Gen 2. The integration between the ring and its app is truly refined and polished. The feature set has expanded quite a lot and it is easy to understand why Oura is the one to beat. Ring 5 vs. Ring 4: worth it? If you are a ‘casual user’ who only checks the data every few days or so—maybe not. If you are a regular user who faithfully checks the Sleep Metric as I do each and every morning, I’m thinking yes, you may very well appreciate the refinements from gen 4 to gen 5. Gen 5 IS remarkably smaller and lighter than Gen 4 and I noticed it immediately. It is a lot less bulky and barely protrudes where Gen 4 would regularly rub against my adjacent finger. Battery life so far is noticeably better. Gen 5 seems to use about 11 percent of the battery each day (plus or minus depending on my activity level). Gen 4 was in need of a battery boost about every four days. So far Gen 5 is getting me about 8 days or so. The real value with any fitness device comes in how helpful (and how accurate) the software proves to be. With Oura, I can easily cross check against Apple Health (I own an Apple Watch) and I find that Oura’s metrics tend to more closely align with how I am actually feeling. It does a great job too of warning against looming fatigue from too many hard gym workouts, for example. And it will offer useful advice or guidance on how to re-set, maybe take a day off,etc. This combined with the comprehensive Sleep Metrics really does provide me with personal, useful, and accurate health and lifestyle support. And the fact that it is a simple (looking) and very attractive ring without a display, no speaker, no buzzing, no intrusions(!), makes it that much easier to always wear it. I’m a bit of a health nut, health data geek and I can easily say this is my favorite health tech device. Last point—updating the ring in the app truly could not be easier to do! I had the old ring disconnected and the new ring recognized and synched in under 5 minutes. Absolutely a refined, polished ownership experience.

New to oura but overall would recommend, it’s been very helpful tracking cycles, calories, activity and sleep! I never knew how little sleep I actually got until oura overall seeing changes in my sleep patterns and mood and will continue to see what kind of data I gather. I have type 1 diabetes as well so it’s nice to monitor other things that can have an impact on insulin sensitivity. Would recommend 10/10. I love how the band looks as well!

So much lighter and feels more like a regular ring on my finger. Not bulky feeling. You would think this is a typical normal band versus knowing but the largeness that it’s smart ring. I used the trade in program to get rid of the Oura 4 for this. Sadly I have king had the 4 for a year and planned longer but to have it look like ordinary ring. Less bulk. Huge win.

As someone who had the gen 3 this upgrade was needed. I had the silver and stopped myself from getting gold because it clashed with my jewelry. However the gold for the gen 5 matches perfectly with my gold Jewelry and the size makes me forget I’m even wearing a ring. As for the battery life, I have gone full 8 days without charging which beats my 3 day charge for my old one. I absolutely recommend the upgrade.

Its new size is perfect!! I’ve had it since drop day and not one scratch in sight. Very comfortable and cute!!

The ring is eye catching and the tech inside is best in class. The only thing I was nervous about was the app subscription fee, but I actually think for the price you get good value. The smaller size of the Oura 5 is remarkable. It weighs next to nothing and doesn't look chunky or out of place like some other wearables. If you're in the market for a smart ring, I would look not further than the Oura 5.

I bought this ring on pre-sale and it arrived in a severely damaged package, I thought the product would be stolen or exchanged. When I opened the box it was intact, so I proceeded to use it as normal. The ring is amazing, it is very comfortable, scratch resistant, battery life is great, and it measures everything and more!! Would buy again.

I love how this one looks like an actual ring and isnt obvious about what it is. The silver looks great and i was shocked its $100 less when it looks just as sleek. Battery charges quick. Terrified of getting it scratched while at work, nothing yet and I've had some bumps. One of my more comfortable rings.

Had the Oura Ring 4 and upgraded to the 5. Much smaller, sleeker, and very elegant looking. Battery life is about 7 days. A definite upgrade over the Oura Ring 4. If you're looking for a ring to track sleep, steps and just overall health, this is the ring for you.
