worst customer service ever.
Zero stars-- I have been trying to return this item for a month. The third party seller tells me it has to be returned to Best Buy. Best Buy will not take it in store because its from a third party seller. Best Buy customer service will not send me shipping label to return the item and the label on their website will not load. Best Buy customer service also told me they would send a "team member" to pick up the item and never did.
