my rurntable glass melted within a month and I was told by your helpline to call the manufacturer - Samsung. i have yo wait more than 2 weeks for them to come out and repair it.

Removed old microwave and installed a new one that was the exact same make & model. How hard could it be? Well, it turns out the exhaust fan venting wasn't up to code so for another $35, that was taken care of on the spot. Also took away the old microwave that still worked but had a broken handle. Because it was under warranty and they couldn't get the part, the whole microwave was replaced.

We have had this microwave for a short time and are very happy with it. There was an installation problem where the vent was not working because a metal flap needed to be removed. Other than that we use it all the time for microwaving and air frying.

Looks nice and cooks well, Only drawback has been that it needs to have factory setting reset periodically when there's any power outage or surge (turn sound back on for when food is ready, or preheat complete).

Instructions are impossible to understand. Is this an Air Fryer or not? What is "Slim Fry?" I guess it works okay as a microwave but it's supposed to do much more. Would be better if it just had "Time" and "Temp." settings

After 2 poor attempts the 3rd contractor (Josh) from Your Way Delivery did an excellent job assessing the issue, recommending a solution, and reinstalling the microwave correctly upon his return.

The service from the technicians was very good. The communication and timeliness was exceptional. The required 30 day wait period was tedious requiring me to purchase a countertop microwave to use while waiting for the repair and then an additional 30 days for the replacement microwave to be delivered.

The task was to replace the range hood with an over-the-range microwave. I also needed an outlet to be installed in the cabinet. The contractor was professional, polite and completed the required tasks. It would be 5 stars had they vacuumed/cleaned up the cutting dust.

The tech arrived on time, dressed safely, masked, and prepared for work. He was able to remove the existing microwave and install the new microwave which was slightly larger, in a very efficient manner. He was very cordial and if it was possible, I would request him back for future work. I highly recommend this service,

service to deliver the portable micro was very good .(i.e.)i not the the over head model) .....am getting used to it.....but seems better than functional ...am used to a small model.....

By having "Total Tech Support" this was on $50 and it was well worth it. The Tech was very efficient and thorough,and completed in a timely manner.
