A: Yes as long as you don't delete it forever. You can delete it and redownload digitals yes. Or if you are worried about deleting it accidently just put a sd card into your switch and keep it downloaded on the card. Digitals take a lot of memory space but you don't have to worry about a cartridge getting lost. So pros and cons to each. I prefer physical so I can sell them down the road and get half my money back. Sony and Microsoft both have online storage and a library to keep your games to download later.
