Buyer Beware!!!!

I purchased six of these for RAM upgrades for a client. Five were defective!! It was through a marketplace seller, macsales.com, who said the 14 days had passed (client had six field agents to schedule for the same time) and I cannot return them for a refund and Best Buy stood by them. I am trying to at least get the defective ones replaced under warranty, but we will not be using them for our clients since our work is guaranteed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
