Having spent several weeks with the Ozlo Sleepbuds, I can confidently say they are a mixed bag of brilliance and frustration. These earbuds excel where it matters most for sleep: comfort and noise masking. The soft silicone tips and low-profile design make them nearly unnoticeable, even for side sleepers like myself, and they stayed securely in place all night. The passive noise isolation, combined with well-engineered sleep sounds like "Crimson Cloak" or ocean waves, effectively muffles common disruptions like snoring or traffic. I appreciated the flexibility to stream podcasts or music via Bluetooth, and the auto-switch feature which transitions from streaming to sleep sounds once it detects you’re asleep worked reliably in my testing,. Battery life is solid, consistently lasting 10 hours, which is enough for a full night’s rest However, the connectivity experience is where the Ozlo Sleepbuds falter. Unlike standard Bluetooth earbuds, these require the charging case to be within 10 feet of both your audio source and the earbuds themselves. Pairing was often finicky; I had to factory reset them twice initially, and even after setup, reconnecting involved opening the app, waiting for the case to establish a link, and then placing the buds in my ears. This process feels unnecessarily cumbersome compared to the seamless pairing of mainstream earbuds. The app dependency is another drawback. Basic functions like volume control or selecting sleep sounds are only accessible through the app, which disrupts the simplicity you’d want when half-awake at night. On the positive side, the sound quality for sleep-focused audio is excellent. The built-in noises are crisp and immersive, and streaming audio from apps like Spotify or YouTube works without issues once connected. In conclusion, the Ozlo Sleepbuds are ideal for sleepers who prioritize comfort and noise masking above all else. They deliver on their core promise of blocking disruptions and providing a comfortable, all-night fit. However, the frustrating connectivity and app reliance make them difficult to recommend unconditionally. If you’re willing to tolerate these quirks for best-in-class comfort, they might be worth the investment.

These are a terrible product. The packaging and product looks good, but you have to constantly interact with the app and put the headphones back in and out of the charger. It is not conducive to a peaceful rest routine. The app also seems to need constant updating. The ear buds may be comfortable but getting them to work and actually be viable for sleep isn't worth the trouble.

Bluethooth connectivity is very limited, connects to the case instead earbuds. App doesnt provide detailed sleep quality as other brands, does not meet my espectatives.

I've been on a long and frustrating journey to find the perfect solution for my noisy sleeping environment. I've tried everything from traditional foam earplugs to regular earbuds, but nothing ever felt right—that is, until I found the Ozlo Sleepbuds. The first thing I have to talk about is the comfort. As a side sleeper, this is the most critical factor, and the Ozlo Sleepbuds are, without a doubt, the most comfortable sleep headphones I've ever worn. Their tiny, low-profile design means they sit completely flush in my ears, so there’s no uncomfortable pressure when my head is on the pillow. I can toss and turn all night long, and they stay perfectly in place without ever feeling like they're digging in. Finding the right fit with the included multiple ear tips and wings was quick and easy, and once I had them in, I genuinely forgot I was wearing them. But comfort is only part of the story. The **noise masking** is where they truly shine. I was skeptical at first, as they don't have active noise cancellation, but the combination of their passive isolation and the built-in sleep sounds is incredibly effective. The moment I put them in, the outside world melts away. My partner's snoring, the sound of the AC, and even the "heavy rain" from a soundbar my partner uses—it all disappears. I've been able to get consistently deep, uninterrupted sleep, and it has made a monumental difference in how I feel during the day. As someone who works out constantly, getting enough rest is crucial for my muscles and body to heal. Waking up in the middle of the night and not getting enough sleep is counterproductive to my exercising. Thankfully, with the Sleepbuds, I handle stress better, my focus has improved, and I'm not dreading bedtime anymore. Another huge selling point for me is the ability to **stream my own audio**. I'm someone who loves to fall asleep to old-school R&B music and classic rock, and the fact that I can do this with the Ozlo Sleepbuds is a massive upgrade from other dedicated sleep buds on the market. The smart feature that can detect when I've fallen asleep and automatically switch from my streamed audio to a consistent sleep sound is a life-changer. No more waking up at 3 a.m. to silence or a loud noise when a playlist ends. The experience feels completely tailored to sleep. From the gentle, pleasant alarm tones that wake only me and not my partner, to the app that lets me set a timer for my audio, it's clear these were designed by people who understand the real-world problems of getting a good night's rest. While the price is an investment, for me, it's been worth every single cent. The feeling of waking up truly rested and ready for the day is something you can't put a price on. If you're a side sleeper who struggles with noise and wants a comfortable, effective, and feature-rich solution, the Ozlo Sleepbuds are a permanent fixture in my nightly routine. They've not just improved my sleep; they've changed my life.

I suppose my title could be vague, but to briefly summarize, I think this is a very good product that does quite a bit very well for me but does have a few things (ok really only one) that I wish were better. To start, as far as I am concerned, this type of product is dead on arrival if it is not comfortable. If it hinders one aspect of what it is trying to fix in the process of doing so, what is the point? I understand that this really is going to be a personal thing, but I found these very comfortable. I am a slide sleeper, so I am probably on the more difficult end of these working out, but I have no complaints. I easily make it through an entire night without issue, either with comfort or staying in my ears. There was a bit of trial and error, and I realize everyone may not be covered here, but I think they did a good job with materials and tip options. Definitely take the time to see which fit is best for you, it is worth the effort. Beyond that though, they just work. Despite her denials, my girlfriend does occasionally snore, and these completely mask that, as well as just about anything else that has come up. I also find them useful to use when I need to get to sleep but the TV is on. We have other solutions there, but this is easy and simple. I think the provided sleep sound options are good and varies, and I really appreciate the flexibility I have to use my own options or media choices. Really, the only real dig or issue I have had with these is that connectivity is just not quite as good as the rest of the product. While they do consistently connect for me, it just seems to take a bit longer than I would like. I don’t think it is a deal breaker by any means, as they fit and work so well for me, but just something to note and be aware of. That aside, in the end I really like these buds. The tech is solid, the fit is great, and they solve a problem for me. As someone who was a user of the Bose version of this concept before it was discontinued, I think these fill that space very well. They do come at somewhat of a premium price, but they do deliver on what they promise, and I do think the value is there, especially for those looking for their own solution to better sleep.

So these Ozlo buds are a frustrating product. The need for something like this is evident but the execution is lacking. As a light sleeper, I've always been on the lookout for something like the Ozlos. Thunder, lightning, our security system chime - all those things wake me up in the middle of the night too easily. At the same time, it's been extremely difficult to find earbuds that fit in my ear, don't fall out and don't immediately cause soreness within several hours. The Ozlos work well in some respects regarding the things I mentioned but no so well in others. The eartips are super soft and fit well in my ears, create an excellent seal, don't fall out and allow me to continue to sleep on my side without being bothered by their presence. However, while they started out as comfortable, within a matter of a few hours I started feeling external ear pain and so could only really wear them through the entire night a couple of times before finally giving up. Regarding my mention of the crowdfunding nature of the origin of the Ozlos, what I'm referring to is the extremely frustrating bluetooth connection. It's pretty buggy both in terms of it's connection back to the case and / or phone but also in terms of software / firmware updates. They take a very long time and remind me of the amount of time it takes to update certain smart watches. All in all I don't think I will continue to use these unfortunately.

The Ozlo Sleepbuds Bluetooth Earbuds in white have turned out to be a fantastic addition to my nightly routine. While the initial setup was a little more difficult than it should have been—it took me a few extra tries to get everything paired correctly—once they were up and running, the experience has been excellent. The standout feature for me is the ability to seamlessly switch from my favorite streaming services to built-in white noise. I’ll listen to a podcast or music as I unwind, and then with a simple tap, I can transition to calming background sounds that help me drift off to sleep. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in usability and comfort. Battery life is also very solid, lasting easily through the night and then some. I never have to worry about them dying in the middle of sleep, which was one of my initial concerns with wireless earbuds. The design is lightweight and comfortable, staying in place without creating pressure, which is especially important for side sleepers like me. One disappointment for me was the lack of sleep tracking features. I was really hoping to compare the earbuds’ data with my fitness tracker to get a fuller picture of my sleep habits, but unfortunately, that option just isn’t available. It feels like a missed opportunity on an otherwise very well-rounded product. Overall, despite a slightly clunky setup process and my frustration with the missing sleep tracking, the Ozlo Sleepbuds still deliver on comfort, strong battery life, and excellent sound options that truly improve rest. Highly recommended for anyone who values relaxation and sleep quality.

I was given a set of these sleep buds from Best Buy to test and after spending some time with them I find they are perfect for sleep support, especially when traveling and have become an extra set of earbuds in my assortment but a must have in my travel bag. Their biggest strength is comfort. They’re very lightweight and low profile, which makes them easy to wear even while lying on my side. Unlike most earbuds that feel bulky or fall out, these stayed put all night without me needing to adjust them or feel ear pressure from them which is a standout reason alone to use them. Where they really proved their value was on a recent work trip. On my flight, they helped soften the background noise so I could relax more easily, and once I was in the hotel, they made a huge difference in blocking out hallway sounds and helping me fall asleep in a new space. That combination of comfort and reliability really made them shine for travel. The sound library in the app adds to the experience, but outside of sleep and relaxation they are more limited. The audio quality is fine but not above other earbuds I have like the airpods pro. For me, they work extremely well for flights and and sleep where comfort beats audio quality. I've been using the Ozlo Sleepbuds for over a week now and although I think I need more time to fully adjust to using them, I do think they help me sleep. First off, I will say they feel like a premium product. They are very light and stay in my ears all through the night. I did change the from the standard sized cushion that were on them to the smallest size (several sizes are included). The First ones were a bit too snug. The smaller ones fit perfect. I really like the charging case. Nice design and feels sturdy. I had no issues connecting them to my phone and the app is easy to navigate. I like that an alarm feature is included within the app. For me, these have helped me to fall asleep. I think I am like a lot of people who tend to lay in bed with their minds racing for awhile when they first lay down. These have done a nice job of relaxing my mind and allowing me to fall asleep faster and to stay asleep. I also suffer from tinnitus and they help mask that for me. There are a ton of different sounds to choose from and more can be downloaded. My one negative about them is that many of the sounds, although nice, don't really sound that much different. Depending on what you need to help you sleep you may need to download something other than what is standard. However, overall I can say that they seem to help me get to sleep better.

I think, at this point, I'm pretty well versed in using sleep buds, having used a few from different competitors for many years now. These Ozlo buds have been the best so far. The most important feature of any ear buds used for sleeping is COMFORT, and these Ozlo buds have yet to fall out while I'm sleeping and I haven't woken up needing to readjust them. They fit in my ear ridges perfectly and the flat design makes it so that I barely know they're there as I sleep on my side. As with any set of buds, these come with different sizes so that you can find the right fit and seal to your ear canal. Once you have the right fit, the buds do a great job of muffling external sound, which also helps improve sleep. Yes, there's a companion app. Yes, it asks for you to set up an account. The good news is that it's not necessary to install the app to connect to the buds, but it is necessary to perform firmware updates and configure "sleep sounds" and alarms. There are about 26 different sleep sounds to choose from, but it would been awesome if there were a way to add my own. For my personal taste, only preferred about two of the available sleep sounds. The app is clean and functional, but there aren't too many "bells and whistles," which I consider a good thing. The case is a little bigger than other sleep buds I've tried, but it gives good charging level/visual feedback - using lights to confirm the buds are secure to their charging ports and a rough idea of the charging level. And about those charging ports: There is a magnetic connection between the buds and the case. As long as you orient the buds the right way, they find their way onto their docking pins with ease. Seriously, I'm barely awake, taking the buds out and putting them back in the case...and I almost never have to fidget with them. The whole kit is nicely put together.
