    Too little control over a very complex software

    Does everything it says, but there is little control over the actual function of the module, the software is complex, but the complexity is invisible and uncontrollable, still a great piece of hardware, but for the price I would hope that I could adjust it to function best for my specific setup.

    Amazing customer service

    I have been bringing all of my vehicles to Best Buy for 20+ years and I have never had a problem. The staff is professional and always ask the right questions. It’s amazing how well-versed they are on the floor. You can ask them a question about anything, and if they can’t answer it, they will point you in the right direction.
