Had to return multiple times, received used interface modules even though wiring harness wasn’t used. Be sure to check the blue interface module is new, as they can be faulty and not work properly. Very frustrating Must have to keep steering wheel capabilities. Instructions were incorrect for my Jeep Wrangler, had to use setting 7 instead required 8. Had to call PAC technician for help

The installation wasn’t the best did not explain about the radio….. still haven’t gotten my radio to work properly still… thinking of returning it xm radio isn’t working

My car doesn’t have steering wheel functions. So this was a waste of money for me. But my radio evidently would not work without it

This module help me retain my steering wheel controls for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. The install was fairly easy, but it's because I already had an aftermarket radio so it was just connecting the same wires again. The module is already preset for certain vehicles, so once you put it on the proper setting you don't have to do anything. It does have the option to add additional controls via long press buttons, but I didn't need that. While it is expensive, it was still a good purchase. From what I understand, there are other options available for a cheaper price, but you may not get the same flexibility to use it in another car or you may not get all of the functionality.

Works well with my pioneer double din. Only problem is the center button on my grand cherokee steering wheel doesnt respond on demand. I have to press the buttons a few times for it to work. It happened on my sph-da120 and my pionner avh-4200. I changed the radio station button to my upper and lower buttons and it works perfectly. But the middle button thats located in the middle of the upper and lower buttons on the steering wheel doesnt respond when you press on it. You need to click it a few times before it works. But since you have the option to use the upper and lower buttons to change channels makes it all good. Must have to change radio stations and volume on steering wheel. You will regret it if you skip this option and go with the cheaper harness.

Made the installation of the radio very easy. Plug and play while retaining the steering wheel features. A must have item if you want to have a professional installation. It is a bit pricey for what it is.

It's part of the package if you buy a stereo and you get it installed at Best buy they're going to recommend the best things to fit your vehicle and I cannot give more praise for the folks that installed my daughters Apple whatever stereo. She's much more aware and less on our phone and that's all I care about. But I will say all the added installation pieces made for a perfect fit in her Jeep so thank you Best buy.

I needed the control interface when I installed a Sony receiver in my daughter's Jeep. I went with the PAC because of the quality. The installation was easy and all controls worked as they should after the installation.

Had to use this to place a new aftermarket radio in my 2015 Jeep JK. The harness itself is well put together but make sure you use YouTube to help you with matching the wires up, It wasn't difficult but just make sure you follow the step by step instructions. I had Sirius and needed a couple of other adapters that had to be wired in with this harness. Once again, You tube is your friend. I am not a professional installer but with a little effort on my part I was able to install this in less than a day, That counts me lollygagging and being picky to make sure it was right. All steering wheel controls and features worked after the install. Very satisfied with this.

I bought this adapter for an aftermarket radio in my 2015 Jeep wrangler unlimited sport to keep the factory steering wheel controls. Install was fairly straight forward and once everything was wired and installed worked like a charm.

Worked with the MEXN4380BT Sony stereo in my 2012 Grand Caravan. Controls vol up, previous track and next, source, and answer phone. Oddly enough the wire colors for the stereo matched up with the ones in the kit. Used a Metra - Dash Kit Model:99-6511BB SKU:8716124 for Stereo

The entire installation process was excellent. The installer was knowledgable and suggested this much needed part for the job. It fit, looks and works perfectly in my car.

my review of the harness....it works...had it been ready on my original install date that would've been great...there is a total disconnect between scheduling on the phone vs instore, and had phone op told store op like I asked that I needed this harness things would've gone better the harness is excellent, the experience was just blah
