The only issue with this is that the button on my steering wheel that would answer a call or voice call doesnt wirk with this. However, when using Android Auto, you just have to use a voice command and not worry about the button.

Works! SW controls work. Only complaint is bluetooth phonecall controls on steering wheel are just basic call answer and end call—have to use SIRI to make hands-free call.

Although this device was plug and play it held up my install time tremendously. Do to this device not being updated to the latest firmware upon install it was not functioning properly with my vehicle 2017 Nissan Murano. All featured worked except the steering wheel controls feature because it needed the update. Big thanks to Steve at Best Buy Manchester MO location for sticking it out and using his resources to help make this a one day install and doing it all on his own! The man needs a raise!
