The microwave is small but powerful and has the features we wanted and missed when we lost our last Panasonic. The only issue is it's dial takes some getting used to-not the most immediately user friendly.

Very good cooker with somewhat sectioned instructions. But fear not, once you learn how to use the Quick 30 button the cooking world is yours!

Underpowered

It might just be this unit, but it was tragically underpowered for supposedly 1000 watt oven - frozen foods always required more time than the bag recommended, and "hot" liquids were frequently lukewarm. At one point, I tested a mug of liquid between this one and our 25 year old microwave, and the Panasonic mug was 20º colder. Replaced it with an LG microwave.
