A microwave, but so much more. I bought this so I could get the air fryer off the counter. So far Ihave used the air fryer, convection oven, broiler and microwave. There definitely is a learning curve. Sometimes a food item needs less time in the oven and some need more time. I keep track of this in a notebook until I get more familiar with the different modes and foods Iam cooking. I also keep track of specific foods we used to cook in the air fryer. To make sure I know the amount of cook time needed. For example, the Sam's egg rolls took 18 minutes in the old air fryer, but only 15 minutes in the 4 in 1 microwave on air fry setting. Overall, I love this product.

I love this oven! It has all the features I wanted: microwave, air fryer, toaster, convection and doesn’t take up much space, all at a great price. I haven’t used all the options but it’s very easy to navigate as the touchpad is straightforward. At most I cook for two so now I don’t have to heat my big oven and aggravate my back bending over to place and remove the food from oven. Easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing. Air frying equipment, baking sheet included with purchase. I debated about spending so much but when I broke down what it would cost to buy each appliance individually, I absolutely came out ahead. I’m very happy I made this purchase.

I needed a new microwave and I decided to purchase this 4 in 1. I have used the microwave, air fryer and convection oven features so far. They all work well. It does take a little while to get used to the controls. I highly recommended this product.

Love this! We are a family that depends greatly on a microwave. It is used every day, not just to warm up leftovers. We use the airfryer to make tator tots, potato skins, etc. We use the air fryer/ convection to make chicken wings. We are still learning all the fun ways we can use it. And it was just the right size for the place we put it!

I single and live in NYC and my stove is full of pots/pans/etc. The thought of moving the stored items out of the stove - preheating it and cooking for just me just never seemed worth it. BUT - with the Panasonic 4 in 1 I use the Convection and Microwave functionality almost every day. It is awesome and works great! I haven’t used the broiler/air fryer yet…but I plan on trying it soon to make wings. I love this item.

Absolutely love this 4-1. Saves space having everything in one. Love the variable cooking with a touch of a button. Large enough to cook most anything. No need to heat an entire oven to eat healthy. Air, convection, broil, microwave Winner winner chicken dinner

This 4-in-1 Panasonic is FANTASTIC. I use mostly the Microwave and Airfryer but will try the Broiler and Convection soon after I remount the unit that is taking the place of a built-in unit. I need to raise the Panasonic at least an inch for ventilation.

The Panasonic HomeCHEF 4 in 1 countertop microwave is a very good machine. The first microwave that our family uses for cooking and not just warming up tea and other food items. We use the air fry and the combo cooking options quite often. It is expensive but as we become more capable in its use, I feel it will earns its cost. The only two negatives so far is that we need to arrange a table with a proper height as the wife needs all the countertop space there is and the cooling fan makes quite a din at the end of the cooking.

Love this microwave! So convenient with its multiple functions. Convection, Air-Fry and Broiler. The only concern was the trim kit options that are available. Only one option at 21”, if your opening is larger, you have to modify your cabinet to fit the trim kit as it must be installed in the exact location of the outer edge of the opening. So if you’re installing in an existing opening, and not building to spec, get ready for a project! If using as a counter top appliance, you’ll be aok, with a wonderful addition to your kitchen.

Great kitchen item. I have used every setting and it has not disappointed. Easy to clean. Must have for any apt without an oven. I baked a cake, made meatloaf, reheated dishes and fried tons of stuff. This is really worth the money.

Go to the owner's manual page 19 for the steps to deactivate the child safety door lock. The "safety feature" only adds one button push to unlock/open the door, but... in the end, I found the extra step annoying. I keep the owner's manual nearby, because functions aren't intuitive for me, I'm just an occasional cook. This is a versatile kitchen tool, but I think it'll take an average person quite a bit of user time to figure out how it works most effectively. Seriously, it helps to have a bit of experience, some education in cooking/baking or even engineering thermodynamics to help understand/appreciate how this oven works in all its singular and combination modes. Fortunately, there are numerous recipes, hints, and videos online to help the learning process. If you want to deliver heat to your food, thru your food, into your food, with a combination of microwave or convection, this device can do it. If you like the learning and experimentation process of cooking and learning to use gadgets, this oven may be your jam. I've found it fun to use, even in my few failures.

I bought this to replace my 15 year old Jenn-air built-in that was a microwave and convection oven combination. The 4 in 1 feature was a draw as was the sleek look. I have had it for a little over a month. This microwave definitely has a learning curve with all the functions it can do. My biggest complaint is the air fryer function. The first issue is there is no temperature setting for air frying and because of this you really don't know how long food needs to cook, In general everything takes longer in this air fryer than my previous air fryer. I have tried to figure out the temperature it cooks at but there is no information on Panasonic's web site nor the owner's manual. Overall I am satisfied with it

Bought this microwave because it had an air fryer feature. Works great in our kitchenette behind the bar. Wings, French fries, you name it! Looks great with the matching trim kit we bought to install it as a built-in.

I love this microwave! So easy to use! I can't even remet how many compliments I have received since I put in my new kitchen!

I like this BUT you cannot change the temperature for the air fryer. That kind of defeats the purpose of including an air fryer!

Very versatile provides us with all our needs efficiently

The best results I have gotten so far has been with a convection chicken. The automatic reheat usually works very well even on things I generally would not put in the microwave. My problem is with the air fryer function. It really doesn’t work as expected. Nothing “fries”. I think the heat is too low to use as a conventional air fryer. It does come in handy for reheating fried foods on this setting but that’s about it in my experience. Moreover, even though the oven is wiped down with every use, I am noticing discoloration on the stainless interior around the edges of the broiler . The Air fry basket seems to have lost it’s shine after very little use and cannot be conventionally scrubbed
