This Microwave what can i say is one of the best purchases from BestBuy because what used to take 2 1/2 to 3min in my old microwave this now takes 1 1/2 in this one...This Microwave IS AMAZING!!! The way is cooks everything so FAST!!!

I bought this microwave because it is replacing the exact same model that lasted a little over 13 years. Hopefully this one will last at least that long also. Besides a great experience with its predecessor, another reason was that a less expensive microwave would have required a new trim kit that costs around $200.

This is my 2nd microwave of this particular make and model. The 1st one lasted over 10 years. I love setting the time with a knob rather than a touch pad.

The interior isn’t white, as shown. It’s dark gray. Not happy. No wonder so many reviews mention the dark interior and weak interior light! Not sure if I’ll keep it.

I purchased this microwave and it was delivered a few weeks ago. Due to my husband recovering from surgery and lifting restrictions, we had to wait until some family members visited to unbox and install it. At that time, it was noticed that there was a significant dent in the side of the microwave, before it was even fully removed from the box. Despite the circumstances, Best Buy refused to send us a new microwave, as did Panasonic. We are now stuck with the damaged $350 microwave.

Love the microwave. Whisper quiet. You don't even know it's on. I like the dial to set the timer vs a keypad. Also like the quick minute button. Opening the door was confusing at first. But I can say that is a nice safety feature. 3.5 months of use and it failed. Loud clicking noise when turning on. Magnetron is failing. Repairs or replacement is next. Bummer.

Works great large capacity dial is really convenient

This is a large microwave, but I moved from a similarly sized one so I had the space but know it will take up a lot of counter space. It also might not play well with older GFCI outlets because the newest inverters can put out line noise that older outlets think is a danger. I did have to replace my outlet with the newest technology and the microwave works flawlessly. Mind you, you should consider replacing GFCI outlets older than 10 years because they can get overly sensitive, or not protect. As for the function, this microwave cooks some items extremely fast and you should be mindful that the directions on that box of frozen food you’ve got cooking may significantly overestimate the time you need. Learned that the hard way when a 4-minute green bean casserole bag burst at just over two minutes. The oven can be a big time saver for cooking items that might take a long time. In terms of choices of functions/features, this microwave has many to pick from. So far I’ve used a few and the oven works well. I really like the dial selector for time and functions over my previous oven’s buttons. The oven looks dark inside, but the single light is bright enough that the food is well-illuminated and you get the effect of your food being “on stage performing” as if it was a spotlight. I like it. The stainless steel outside shows all the finger prints so you might need to wipe it often to keep it looking its best. I’m not sure there are any true negatives for this oven yet. It replaced another Panasonic which lasted 12 years before a power surge from a neighborhood blackout killed it, so I chose Panasonic due to brand loyalty and the last one doing well for more than a decade. I would recommend it if you’re in the market for a large, powerful microwave that can easily accommodate large dishes and packaged foods like family sized Mac & Cheese casserole trays without it bumping the sides, then this is it.

the Panasonic microwave that was here when I moved in in 2012 went on the fritz. It was here before I moved in. So, since that Panasonic lasted for over 25 yrs. I am so Happy I did. This model is bigger in size on the inside. This model heats up food faster and stays hot longer. The only problem I have with it is, you have to press timer/clock button and then hit the door open button. I just have to get used to it since the old model was hit open button done. I would definitely buy this model again!!! Yes, I would Recommend to family and friends to BUY!!! Hence the 5 Star Review!!

I ordered this product online and had it delivered. I never saw it in person until it arrived. It was reviewed as the top microwave by Consumer Reports, so that was my motivation. This microwave heats thoroughly even at slightly lower settings. The interior is quite large. This would be beneficial to larger families. It is not necessary for my needs. It is also fairly large on my countertop. In a large kitchen, this would not be a problem but my home is over 50 yrs. old and space in kitchen is limited. I decided to keep it because of the CR rating and just accept the features that were more than I need.

My decades-old microwave oven died, and in comparison this is definitely a better and more powerful appliance. The inverter technology allows fine control of power levels. It takes some usage to get used to the turn knob for setting the duration, but there's also a quick press button for one minute timing. This is an excellent microwave. It is large and easy to operate.

Overall the microwave is great! It looks good and as far as we can tell it heats fine. The grey interior does make it harder to see and it could use a brighter light. The stainless does seem to attract fingerprints, but as long as you wipe it down often it should stay nice.

Had an older model of this microwave and liked it. Recently moved and bought this one for the new house. It's easy to use and has plenty of power. It's also big enough to fit large plates.
