So far I'm really liking this toaster oven. The toast comes out evenly toasted, and it's fast.

Problems
Unhappy Posted
Not completely satisfied. I toast English Muffins twice to get the desired doneness. I also clean the toaster after each use and I don't like to have to unhook the rack to complete the cleaning process. I have not used other features.

DO not use Marketplace - it's a scam

Terrible. Bought online because my mother likes Best Buy. She returned it and instead of my getting a refund on my credit card, they gave a gift card BY EMAIL. So I can't access it, she can't use it to get a new item. Terrible and bait and switch. I called and was told I would get a refund. I called to get access to e-card. Both failed. Theft.
