The S9 should be illegal for how much value it offers in such a small package. I have a Canon Powershot V1, I've owned the Sony ZV1 mkii, ZV10 mkii and I currently own a ZVE1. Those cameras are all amazing as well, but the Lumix S9 puts them all to shame. The Real Time Lut feature is super fun for causal family photos and videos to get a cool look right out of camera. But it's also professional use capable. You can upload your own presets RIGHT to the camera, and get a perfect look right in a Jpeg with no editing needed. then sync the camera directly to your phone, and get the professional quality images immediately for sharing. I used it for my own baby shower, on the 4th of July, and at several weddings also. This thing can be fun as a toy, but is also powerful enough for power-users like myself. L-Mount lenses have come a long way! The 18-40mm kit lens isn't great in the dark but for a small walk around package- it's a pretty awesome little form factor. The images I attached were with the Sigma 28-45mm F1.8 Highly recommend.
