I have wanted to switch from a regular pc to Mac for some time, but the issue was that all of the computer programs I used was for pc. The money it would have cost would have been out of reach. Especially since my computer was working. Parallels made that transition more cost effective and the performance of parallels and my other pc programs has been awesome.

It installs and works similar to other virtual pc programs but allows mac and pc programs to be installed and run side by side (aparrently, i'm sure theres more to it than that). It runs pretty well, be sure you have enough system resourses. 3rd party docs and monitors connected through them, don't render graphic very well all the time (pc only doc, but there were mac drivers for it), but it functions well enough for work. The scaling of fonts on monitors through the doc are odd. Its difficult figuring out that you want apps in "Coherence" mode to see them side by side with mac apps.

The ease of installation and use of this program has made it a must buy for Window users to switch to Mac. I am very pleased with the results of this switch and I didn’t loss Avery important windows program for switching.

I upgraded to a 2016 MacBook Pro from a 2010 model. On the 20102 model I used boot camp to partition the hard drive to use Win7, worked for a while but kept getting clunky. This time I'm using Parallels to have Win10, and its working well so far. I do need to work thru the user guide to get more up to speed, but using both operating systems.

Buyer this software from Best Buy to run windows 10 on my Mac Pro and it was super easy to install and it took about 10 min to install windows.

Seems to be a bit slow but considering you are running windows on a Mac it works fine.

Love working in windows on my MacBook Pro in a window of its own. Go back and forth without effort. I had trouble installing my copy of windows and the Parrelles customer service was OUTSTANDING. they took over my machine and worked until it was completed. That alone was worth the money. Great company and service and product.

Very easy to install, configure, and utilize. Fast with great integration across numerous platforms. Very much would suggest this as a means to run multiple different operating systems on the iMac at the same time. Without any faults or seemingly any performance degradation.

Works flawlessly to run parallels Desktop software. Run Windows and Mac software side by side without rebooting or import your Boot Camp installation.

I used bootcamp previously then bought this to avoid rebooting every single time i wanted to swap the OS. works great, had initial issues when swapping the OS, windows would freeze and not respond which is annoying. you have to restart the parallels to work on windows again. Later on parallels got updated and now it is OK. I use photoshop, design softwares which need windows so does the job whenever i want to use them.

Bought Parallels software for Mac works great. Love the coherence mode. Makes using Project on my macbook pro seemless

Parallels really is seamless and with the Windows in a window...haha, the files created within Windows can be moved to the Mac OS with ease. Well worth it if you need to run Windows on a Mac.

great software, runs windows 10 just fine on my 5 year ole MacBook Pro

Works as it should, but the software limits you on how many processors and how much memory you can devote to the image. To get the unlimited version you need to pay a yearly subscription. They should just offer a one-time cost version that will do this.
