Buttons need to work. Disappointing.

I really wanted to love this. Unfortunately the buttons were non responsive at best. Sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t. After overflowing far too many cups and wanting to kick the machine across the room, I returned it.

The product just stopped working after 3 months! Tried calling the company but no response nor email back even after leaving a voicemail! I am so disappointed!!!
