Works well and keeps my food thief from stealing the prescription kibble.

OBSESSED!! It's robust so my cat that steals food can't tip it over. Love that there's a timer so I can feed one of my cats at the same time as the other. The app is neat too! Best purchase I've made in a while.

I bought a pawspik feeder to try it out and see if it would help between my two cats - one fat and one skinny. Immediately I knew I needed another because I finally found something that worked well and ordered another, only to find out the second one wouldn't connect to wifi properly. I worked with the Pawspik team and they sent me another unit to replace it straight away and I've had no issues since! Ever since my fat cat has gone from 15lbs to 13.8 lbs and continuing to lose at a gradual pace and my skinny cat has gone from 10 lbs to 10.5 lbs! This also allowed them to use their RFID chips they already have in their necks instead of having to wear a collar. I can't speak highly enough of this product and have recommended it to my friends who also have cats. I highly recommend this feeder and the company has been quick, kind, and extremely helpful. Thanks again Lauren for the assistance on the second feeder!

Beautifully constructed. Easy to use. Love the app and the feedback texts on pet usage! We have three Ragdoll cats, all male but with very different personalities. One jumped right in and is using the dispenser. One is curious, and we are still working on him. The 3rd is freaked out and will take some time. All in all, however, a wonderful unit! The attached photo is of the adventurous cat, Clark, not the least bit afraid, while Toussaint is standing guard!

I love this feeder, but the microchip reader is no where as good as the Surepet Microchip feeder. It works for 3 of my cats, but not 2 of them. And those 2 cats have the requried microchips, but it's a little further down their neck, I have to push them far into the feeder for it to work. And one cat can't wear a collar as he scratches on it and lost all the hair around his neck. So now I am taking them to the vet to see if they can get new chips. The app needs some more work. It would be nice if the list of cats could have their names on them vs having to click into each one to see which device belonged to which cat. Last, it does not dispense exactly 1/4 cup of food, It is a little less on ll 5 feeders, so it's not something wrong with just one feeder. Other than that, we are keeping them, and they are promising, but still need work IMO.

Great reliable feeder. Very consistent and easy to set up. I feel there are some capabilities that the device has that the app does not take full advantage of, like tracking multiple cats.

These feeders are a dream come true! I could find feeders that used existing microchips (so I didn't have to worry about collars) and I could find feeders that had timed feedings, but not a feeder that could do both!!! We own 3 of these for our 3 cats. One needs different food than the others and of course everyone wants the food they aren't supposed to eat. It's amazing that it connects right to the microchip that they already had and doesn't require a collar. It's also amazing that it holds 2-3 weeks worth of food in the canister so we can literally ignore their food for weeks. I don't know what to do with all this extra time! Ha! Highly recommend!!

I have 7 of these and they work great to keep all the cats eating only their food. One had a chip that had migrated so I had to use the included rfid device on his collar but that solved the issue of him getting into other bowls as well. Had one stop dispensing but PAWSPIK replaced it right away. I would definitely purchase these again and highly recommend to families with differing dietary needs for your fur kids.

We have two PAWSPIK feeder that helps with our 3 cats. It has helped so much in our house with the convenience of the timed feeding and our work life taking us away from the house for 12 hours. It has also helped with them eating too much or too little. We also love that it links to their microchips since my cats don’t wear collars. Their customer service is excellent. We did have an issue with one, and they sent a replacement right away. We’ve had no other issues with the feeders they are great, highly recommend.

Pros: 1. Cats unable to open top of food reservoir to cheat as they don't have thumbs 2. Super cheater tuxedo boy hasn't (yet) been able to cheat by flicking the door in front of the spinner, like he could with the original PortionPro Rx unit (and, no, the door never closed on him. Just when I was trying to move kibble away from it) 3. App is nice to see the cats at the bowl, including how long each round 4. Easy to program daily feeding schedule in the app 5. Fun to have their name on their feeders, in case they ever learn to read 6. Microchip tag & antenna are less sensitive so the cat being bratty (they would take turns) can't shut the other's feeder by sauntering over. 7. Can shut off LED screen, reducing light pollution 8. Solid unit is also light and easy to carry around 9. Cords are fairly easy to wrap and stay snugly tucked in 10. Food thieves can't steal from each other, which is why I originally got the RFID feeders 11. So far, excellent customer service for RFID feeder & chip feeder Cons: 1. It's designed for cats and small dogs. PortionPro Rx RFID feeder can distribute as little as 1/2 cup OVER 6 servings a day; however, this unit can't. It can give 1/8 of a cup each serving. Instead of small feedings every 4 hours, they're getting more every 6 hours (for 1/2 cup). Why not design a spinner over the conveyor belt that can measure out in tablespoons, especially as it's designed for smaller critters? 2. Not sure about side-to-side stability. Original had a wider base, cats love to climb on it to access higher shelves. Very active furballs! 3. Show in app when unassigned chip shows up and assigned chip leaves, someone might be hungry from bullying 4. Silent motor & door actually led to my cats being startled when they hear kibble hit the steel, why no more ceramic coat? They know & love that sound, they will learn, but changing what isn't broken worries me a tad 5. Oddly small reservoir when old one could hold 5 pounds of food & desiccant bags included

I love these feeders. I have 2 of them. My husband and I travel frequently and these feeders have given us such a great peace of mind when we’re not home. With the app we can measure how much food the cats are getting and when, and we can monitor how frequently our cats are eating. The battery backup also helps ensure the kitties can still have their food if the power goes out. I am so happy with this product, and their customer support has been phenomenal. I will be buying a third feeder soon for a new cat.

I previously had PortionPro rx. I wanted to buy my daughter one and couldn't find it. I was really bummed, I love my PortionPro. In searching I found Pawspik had bought them out. I was very skeptical that they'd measure up. I continued to read up on them. Then my cat that can get a breakaway collar off in 2 seconds flat. Had a regular collar on with her air tag and I just had it tighter and checked it often. She got it stuck on her lower jaw and could have died if we hadn't been home. Obviously it came off instantly and because the PawsPik feeder also reads microchips I ordered one from Petsmart for my daughter. Then discovered on the PawsPik site you get a nice deal for ordering multiple feeders. I ordered 3 to replace my PortionPro's. My collar free car is getting her microchip inserted next week. Pawspik seems to be a solid well made feeder that's has many benefits that my PortionPro didn't have. I definitely would say Pawspik makes a great product. Its quiet and seems easy to maintain. I love being able to update/schedule feeding through the app. Customer service you have to contact through email, I like being able to talk to a person over the phone. However I did contact them with a question and they responded really fast and Monica was very helpful.

We purchased the first PawsPik to prevent a hungry cat from stealing the other cats food. It worked so well we got a second one so they both have their own feeder and neither one can steal food. They had no problems adjusting to the feeder and the app works well. The downside is it only says “your pet” visited the feeder, and not the name listed in the app. We also got the silicone slow feeder insert. One cat has no issues with it. The other cat has a very hard time trying to eat and not bite the silicone nubs.

Works great dispensing the different size kibbles for my cats. Only flaw I have with it is that I wish it allows you to adjust the portion size to accommodate my vet recommendations for the cats.

I hesitated to write this because PawsPik doesn't condone outdoor use, but this feeder is a game-changer. My cat gets highly stressed indoors, ruining furniture when left alone. Pet sitters costed me $1K over two years and caused immense trauma due to the stress of catching her and traveling. Set up was easy; it synced instantly with her microchip. She was startled by the door sound, so I kept it manually open for a month. Once switched to auto, she learned the routine within a few tries. I knocked off 1 star because the sensor needs to be more reactive. Since her chip is on her left side, having her snack bowl to the right caused the door to constantly open and close. Moving the bowl to the left fixed this. However, the door occasionally fails to open even when her head is inside, still for several seconds, and even taps her nose to the door, requiring extra patience or manual encouragement to try again. Against instructions, I moved it outdoors under a dry shelter inside a protective cardboard box (also to reduce the chance of strays seeing her eat) before my trip. An added bonus is that because the feeder stays sealed unless my cat is right there, it doesn't attract any rodents or pests. She adjusted right away. During my trip, the app provided incredible peace of mind, tracking her twice-daily visits so I knew she was eating. I returned to a happy, relaxed cat instead of an angry one. This feeder paid for itself in a single trip by saving on sitter fees and avoiding severe stress. Now she stays safely in her familiar backyard environment. Highly recommended!

We have four of these feeders and love them! The app is great and it gives peace of mind if we take a day or two vacation because we can still check that each cat is eating. Customer service was great the one time we had a software update issue and have had no problems in the time we have had them.
