Works well!

So far, so good! I've had about 3 weeks now and the cats are loving it. It is very quiet, can hardly hear the pump running. The water level indicator window is very easy to read and the blue light is a plus. Also very easy to fill with fresh water when needed. I've already cleaned it once and it was a breeze to clean, so much easier than my previous plastic fountain. Hoping that it continues to perform.

Ok , product.

Works well and is much lower maintenance than most other fountains would be. Steel parts are dishwasher safe, and the small silicone and plastic pieces are easy to hand wash. Most importantly, my cat loves it!

This is the third or fourth pet fountain that I’ve tried and it’s the best one by far. The instructions were easy to follow. The initial setup was super easy because it was mostly assembled ahead of time. I cleaned it for the first time a few days ago and it was easy to take apart and clean and put together again. I’m happy with my purchase.

I purchased one because one of our cats has always liked trying to drink out of our sink. We have two cats who are seniors. I have had cats my whole life and never have I had my cats drink more water than they do with this water fountain! I’m amazed! I wish I had gotten one many years ago! Bonus…easy set-up, easy to refill and easy to clean!

I absolutely love it. The cats are getting used to it. What I love most is my young kitten. Can’t disassemble it like she could the other one I had by another manufacturer. I’d get up every morning and she would have taken it completely apart lol! She has not been able to do that with this one!

Truly quiet.

I had another brand that cost less and was advertised as "triple filtered" . The water in the bowl would get cloudy and brownish and kinda foamy on the 3rd day. I started cleaning the whole thing and changing the water every other day but the sponge would have a very strong mildew smell. I took apart the filter box to see what the filters were doing and it wasnt even filtered. The box was mostly empty. Just a little 1/4;inch pack in each side that the water touched but didnt run through. The only thing water ran through was the tiny sponge that prevents debris from getting into the pump. With this one the water is crystal clear even after after a week and I have never smelled any hint of mildew. It was worth it to spend the extra money to actually get clean running water for my cat. Its kind of expensive but my cat had a urinary problem and started digging in his bowl so he was telling me what he needed. He still has his bowl of clean water by his food but since i added a fountain to the living room he doesnt dig in his water bowl anymore and hasnt had another issue.

Experience went from terrible to good when PawsPik gave me a full refund including shipping costs on product sent to Canada. At the time, it was late arriving, was slightly damaged on arrival, and I had unexpectedly paid 150% of the purchase price in shipping and fees. They very graciously refunded the costs to me, and agreed to change their information for Canadian purchases. Much appreciated and unexpectedly generous of them!
