I took my HP Victus laptop in because the fans had never been cleaned, and they had gotten quite loud when playing basic video games. I got the PC tune-up and cleaning. The fans are much quieter now.

They were quick to get started. Not only did they clean my PC, but they also fixed the underlying issue of my PC's habits of overheating by re-applying thermal paste. They also gave me recommendations on what tools to get to keep my PC clean in the future. And when I got home and the issue persisted with the fans, I took it back and he immediately fixed the problem. Definitely coming back when I'm ready to upgrade my PC!

I had been to other best buys and this one by far helped me the most. My laptop had a virus. And they removed it. When no one else could. I highly recommend. And the manager for that department treated me with kindness and patiencem

They charged me $50 for review on 05/15 the files couldn’t open because system said not enough memory . They didn’t resolved my problem I brought three weeks later and they said it’s impossible resolved my problem and they didn’t help me
