For PC games that are best played with a gamepad, this is always what I rely on. Standard Xbox 360 controllers have a weird [digital] stiffness/latency to their analog stick accelerations, whereas the Afterglow does not. Not only that, if your PC has lights to it, you can game in style.

Purchased this controller to use with a Windows PC - it plugged in and was ready to go immediately - didn't have to install drivers or anything. I was playing Rocket League with a very solid (and cool-looking) Xbox 360 controller in minutes. A little pricey, but definitely a good quality controller.

This is a cool controller that is exciting to have. The lights are a little bright but there are three modes for the lighting: On, Flashes when Vibrates, or Off. Great settings so the lights never blind you. Controller feels a little smaller than the original Xbox ones.

When using this controller i immediately realized that the shape of the controller was a little different to the original Xbox 360 controller and it fitted my hand a lot better. The controller is Surprisingly strong and doesn't chip or crack after dropped, although it is slightly bigger than the original controller it may be harder for people with small hands to reach certain buttons. My favorite feature of this controller is the LED light, you are able to choose between 3 modes; no glow, glow when controller vibrates and constantly glow just by pressing a button on the back, this helps a lot when playing in the dark. The controller being wired is a plus because of the LED light you would be having to spend a lot of money on batteries. A solid 9/10 from me.

kids enjoy that it lights up and don't care that it is wired, so it works great for them. When I played most of my video games all of the controllers had wires, so this one doesn't bother me.

It glows VERY brightly. The color is a nice blue and you can turn the glow off. I like the see through design. It is corded but I knew that when I bought it. The cord is long enough for my bedroom and I don't have to worry about charging it.

Out of the box, this controller feels responsive and sturdy. After 2 months and 50+ hours in Dragon's Dogma (not a game that is easy on a controller) it's still responsive and sturdy. The shoulder buttons have a nice click. All the other buttons are responsive. The control sticks center themselves still and feel sturdy still. L3 and R3, ( the stick buttons) are easy, but not too easy, to push and also have a nice click. I've had more issues with 3 of the 5 official controllers I have had. The light can be turned on, turned off, or turned to flash when the vibration kicks in. One or two of the lights seem to shoot right into my eyes as I play so I don't use them. The kids do though and seem to enjoy using the controller when it's their turn to use it. From turning off the system, to moving between PC and Xbox, the controller remembers the setting you last had on. Big plus. The button to toggle the lighting is out of the way and there's no way to hit it accidentally during play. Speaking of which, using on PC has been great. It's recognized as a 360 controller for all of the games I've tried it with while playing on Steam using Windows 10.

Needed an extra controller for the Xbox. Not being wireless is not an issue, it has a long cord. Lights up with when on vibrate or constant on. Worth to get.

The not so great is not explained very well, but I use this controller mainly for the PC. The connectivity with this controller can be a bit iffy at time. It won't have the successful "connection" all the time. Sometimes you have to disconnect and plug it back in the usb port in order to get it work. Other than that, it works perfectly fine. The fact that it lights up kinda helps you out when you're in the dark and you tend to forget where the buttons are for first timers.

I am normally skeptical of 3rd party/after-market controllers, but this controller is a strong exception. Now owning two variations of this controller (blue and red), I have been pleased with the results. The controller is responsive, durable, and somewhat trendy. The lights have three modes (always on, always off, on when controller vibrates). At nearly 50% of the cost of an official xbox 360 controller, this is a bargain. To note, this is a wired controller, which not all users enjoy, but it does not detract from the controller. Highly recommended, and I intend to purchase a third (green) controller in the future.

Bought this for my kids in order to use Steam and other games on the PC using an Xbox controller. Hard to find wired controllers anymore, so picked this one up. Works great.

I only had one Xbox controller, the "C-3PO" wireless version that came with my Xbox. We wanted to be able to play 2 player games, so I picked up this wired controller. I was worried it would be a really short cord, but it is plenty long enough for our purposes. The feel is just as good as the original controller, and it lights up blue (not really a bonus for me, but at least it's a feature). All in all, I'm quite happy. I'll probably get another so we can play 3 players.

Bought mine on sale at BB for $20. It's wired, which I prefer, and it's pretty light weight with no battery pack. Despite the outlandish appearance it feels just like an official 360 controller. The sticks, triggers, buttons all feel the same. The Xbox button and back and next buttons are in different places, but I'm OK with that. The lights can be set to on, off, or they will flash when the vibration kicks in. I generally leave it off, but my little nephews love the flashing blue lights. It just seems cooler to them. :-)

My son loves this controller! It works great and he likes that it glows blue. I like that you can choose for it to glow or not.

This Xbox controller is a great controller for use on pc and on xbox 360. It was by far the easiest set up I have ever done on any product all you have to do is plug it in and you are done go play some games and have fun. All of the components feel nice and there is a toggle for the glowing so at night time it doesn't blind you to check where the button you are supposed to hit is at.
