I picked up the PDP Afterglow Wave controller mostly because the RGB design caught my eye, but after using it for a week, I’m honestly blown away by how good it feels. The controller is super comfortable, with a grip shape that feels really natural even during long gaming sessions. The buttons have a clean, responsive click, the sticks are smooth and precise, and the triggers feel surprisingly high‑quality for the price. The RGB lighting is the star of the show though — bright, colorful, and customizable without being over the top. It’s the kind of controller you can leave on a desk and it actually looks cool, especially in a darker gaming room. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments already. Connectivity has been flawless. It paired instantly with my Switch and hasn’t dropped connection once. Zero input lag that I can notice, even in fast‑paced games. Battery life has also been better than I expected, especially considering the lighting effects. For a third‑party controller, this might honestly be one of the best I’ve used. Comfortable, stylish, durable, and priced way lower than Nintendo’s official options — and in some ways, it actually feels better.

This Nintendo Switch controller works great! The blue design looks awesome, and the controller feels comfortable to hold. The buttons are responsive, and the joysticks move smoothly with no delay. It connects quickly and works perfectly during gameplay. Great quality for the price — definitely recommended for anyone looking for an extra or replacement controller!

Great product, looks great and connects easily to the switch. Lights are a fun touch and it feels great to hold. No lag or delay that I've noticed thus far (after a few months of gaming with it).

This controller is incredible! The back buttons are easily programmable and it is just stunning! It is so sleek & the color changing is beautiful! Works perfectly to connect with switch 1 or 2 !! Highly recommend!

Love the way this controller looks. Unfortunately after only 2 weeks of use the controller had stick drift. We returned it immediately and Best Buy gave us a replacement and so far no issues. But they need to start improving the quality of these controllers. Best Buy customer service is great.

This controller is everything you are looking for in controller! Slick design, super comfortable. Lights are super fun and bright. We bought this controller as a fourth one to add to our Nintendo with no high expectations, and now my son gave up his favorite Pickachu one and playing all the time with this controller instead. The only one cons to the controller, it doesn’t vibrate. Which we knew from the other reviews, but it still worth every $$.

One of the better controllers that I've purchased. The battery life is good, but of course that varies with what you're playing. I like the ambient lights that a nice touch. Also, its has good hand grip comfort. I'll probably purchase another later this year to replace an older controller.

This controller is beautiful !! My boyfriend & I are so obsessed with it! It works beautifully with switch 1 & 2! Has the new fancy buttons on the back to switch controls! It’s incredible! Works perfectly, definitely worth the price!! The color changing is incredible!

If you like the design just get it I'd say. It has minimal RGB patterns deapite the atandalone button for it but I personally don't particularly care about the absence or presence of RGB in general. I would say if you don't like the pattern buy a plain one for cheaper but the controller itself is still pretty cheap.

I love how it has no stick drift and no issues, but it does take a while to figure out how to change the colors.

This is probably the cutest Nintendo Switch controller that I own. I got the warranty for it just in case of the drift but so far I have been using it with no problems at all! It matches perfectly with my gaming area in my room and it looks way better in person! If you’re thinking about buying it don’t think! lol just buy it.

Easy to connect, and use. I really like that the lights are dimmable & you can fully turn them off. I had an issue with my first order, I was able to return and reorder it no problem.

We bought this to have an extra controller for our Nintendo Switch. We loved the value compared to other options plus the lights are a great addition. My daughter loves this controller and now its her default. Definitely would buy again.

This controller has been great for the month that I've had it! It has a long battery life and is easy to charge. I love the light up colors.
