Peerless is horrible

Ordered the mount for delivery. UPS came with mount days early.. driver standing at front door he scanned the code, and said it was flagged for fraud and took it away. Called best buy, after 3 hours on the phone they finally re ordered the mount. Delivery day came, unit was on the truck but never came. Called ups. Again flagged as fraudulent and sent back. Went back to store and ordered it for delivery to store this time. Pick up day is today. Went to store. Guess what, unit never left peerless...flagged for fraud again! Best buy has been great through all of this. Peerless, less than helpful and will never consider ever buying any of their product ever
