Satisfactory - Easy to install, instructions fairly simple. Unsatisfactory - The Allen screws supplied were not manufactured to specification. Allen wrench would not go into the hole on the screw head due to excess metal left in the screw head. Had to go the the hardware store and purchase Allen screws.

I mounted this unit on the bedroom wall of my new camper. As the paneling is thin, I used bolts and 1 X 6 X 17 board inside the wall ( since I had easy access inside the wall,) to help support the TV mount. The mount holds the TV at the correct angle for me and is solid
