Customer Ratings & Reviews

Cool Persona 5 tactics game. The characters have been made into more Chibi art style. A game that requires more strategy than just sending strong attacks towards enemy characters. Decent game and recommend playing the other Persona 5 games before this one since you may get lost if this is your first Persona 5 game. It is a more casual and easier game than other Persona games.

I thought the change of art style would throw me off but it didn’t and I’m enjoying the game. The story is interesting and the gameplay reminds me of those Mario Rabbids games but with Persona 5 characters.

It makes me happy to see Persona 5 getting the "tactics" treatment. If you're a fan of the Persona series, Final Fantasy Tactics, or any of the other top notch games in the genre, I feel like this won't let you down. Seriously though; it seems like there is Atlus' stylish UI design, and then there is everybody else. They are on a different level! With a flashy style and great music, there isn't much to be negative about!

Fun game, recommend for any persona fan! 10/10. Especially on the gonfor the switch!

Great game, love the characters and story highly recommended if you like Tactical RPGs

I love the persona games and this was a fun addition to the series. I love tactical RPGs and this one was a blast for my switch.

Seamlessly combines the mechanics of Persona with a tactics rpg code of paint, definitely recommend after playing through Persona 5 Royal

Game is very fun and engaging. Was a big fan of Persona 5 Royal and switch, and am enjoying this game just as much.

A different approach to the Persona series. Fun & easy to get into. Got it for a fantastic price & it arrived quick!

Awesome new tactical game that was surprisingly fun.

I am having a blast with this one! I recommend playing once you have played the original, as you might be pretty lost if this is your first Persona game. Gameplay is a lot of fun, and the art style like every Persona game is amazing, my only gripe is long loading times on switch version, and there are a lot of loading screens. Maybe go with the PS5 version if you are not looking to wait for long times. Very solid game though!

Persona 5 Tactica is a really good game and a great addition to the Persona series. I played it on my Switch 2 and had a blast with it. The tactical gameplay fits the Persona style really well, and the characters, story, and overall presentation make it an enjoyable experience. It’s definitely not perfect and there is some room for improvement, especially in a few gameplay and pacing areas, but overall I had a really good time with it. If you’re a Persona fan or enjoy strategy/tactical RPGs, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a shot. Overall, a really fun and enjoyable game that I’m glad I picked up!

It's a great addition to the Persona series! I enjoyed the art style as with all Persona games, gameplay is a little different from the mainline series but is more than welcomed. I bought the game online and got it within the day by picking up at the store locker and it was very seamless and quick.

game is fun! the tactics and thinking of your moves is fun and story was very interesting hope to see games like these in the future

The levels are well-designed and the music is pleasing to the ears, especially in the Velvet Room. I thought there was too much dialogue and the story was underwhelming. I just didn’t care about the new characters. And the boss battles were poorly designed and not enjoyable. I wouldn’t play it again.

Fun tactical RPG gun combat game, fairly quick (30 hours maybe?). Not a terribly deep story.

Another quiet under radar hit in the persona series.. the art style is beautiful. Gameplay is different n fun. It is nice to see the team all back together

For fans of Persona 5, tactics is a slam dunk. Spending more time with the gang is welcome, and the srpg combat is intuitive and complex enough that it works nicely even for beginners to the genre. The wrinkle here is that if you're unfamiliar with the Persona 5 cast, you'll get less out of Tactics. Less references, less characterization and more fully realized relationships. However, the story is enjoyable, and there are new characters to carry on the game with so newcomers can play and it'll be fine. For any Persona fan, I'd say pick this up.

When it comes to the story, it is definitely filler, in this case it's separate from the main Persona 5/ Persona 5 Royal games. The gameplay is definitely on the tactical side (that's the "tactica" part of the name), and it's actually easy to pick up on the gameplay mechanics. It also encourages you to experiment with your party lineup (some give you movement bonuses, some give attack bonuses, etc.) Definitely an enjoyable game, one you will probably spend a decent amount of hours on.

Another banger in the persona franchise. Great graphic and level design
