This pet water fountain works way better than I expected. The water stays fresh, and my cat is actually drinking more now. It’s super quiet, so I hardly notice it running. Cleaning it is quick and simple, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a solid upgrade from a regular bowl.

I have tried multiple drinking fountains so far, and I have to say this one is so far the best, very nicely designed so cleaning and adding water are no pain at all, the volume of water it could hold is also of great size, my cats love it. The most interesting thing I observed is that one of my cats loves to walk in front of it to trigger the fountain first and then drinks from the back of the fountain, don't know why but she does that every single time lolll

My cat is very skittish. He didn’t touch this fountain when I first put out. Just stare at it and try to hit it. After two weeks, he finally willing to use it and loved it. Now he is drinking more water than before. The app is very good at monitoring his water intake.

This fountain looks great. My cat loves it. He was very curious at first then started to drink water after I set up the fountain. A great feature of this fountain is that it can track the history of drinking water, including how much water my cat drinks each time. This is very useful. Really love this product.

[Employee of bestbuy] My cats and I love this water fountain. This version of the dock stream has it all. It has a battery built into the base if you don't want to run it wired or to act as a backup in case power goes out. The app is great for maintenance and seeing water level. It also has pet tracking for water intake but I don't use it as much. It is fairly easy to clean and the filters aren't too expensive.

I have 3 cats at home. Even though I have water bowls, I still always want a water fountain juzt in case I forget to change water. This product is better those cheap ones from Amazon. It uses good material and the outlook is cool too. My cats use it!

Easy to use and clean. Perfect for my chihuahua. I like that you can keep track of water intake and you can see when you need to refill with water.

I love the larger space compared to the first generation dock stream. I also like the pump less design, it makes it a lot easier to clean.

Terrible product. Leaked and stopped working a month after buying. Petlibro would not offer any support since I couldn’t return from Best Buy after this period of time.
