Didn’t remove hair also pain. So returned the item. I used Reward certificate from my Best Buy credit card points. Unfortunately store at Glendora, CA, didn’t returned my Certificate value. As per my online conversation I was told it will be returned as points. I explained but store didn’t agree I spent $40 but after I return only $1 was refunded. No manager at the store and Not sure if it is defective item they didn’t offered any replacement for the item. Had poor experience and waste of time as well. Please be mindful if you are using reward certificate. Though as per policy you can return but if you use reward certificate you loose all of the. Even if it is defective item. Store and online customer support is totally different.
