I love the Philips Hue light system. I have these bulbs all around my house for ambient lighting. If I’m working from home and need brighter white light for concentration, I can make it happen. If it’s Saturday evening and I want just enough light to relax, I can make it happen. If I want to open my window curtains and turn on some festive holiday colors, I can make it happen. The system is fairly simple to set up. Occasionally I do have a bulb that disconnects and won’t reconnect, which is upsetting but rare. It works well with Google Home virtual assistant.

I've always had Phillips Hue lights since they were carried by Best Buy and almost never had issues with them. Only time so far is 1 bulb that keeps flickering randomly but all I do is disconnect and reconnect it by using the app and its fixed. Thats saying quite a bit because I've tried other lights and they didnt last nearly as long or have the simplicity of setup and control.

I was originally super hesitant to make the move to Hue because I didn't want to fool with a hub, but after how much time I probably spent collectively on fighting with the cheaper, non-hub, WiFi-connected bulbs, which failed to connect and required resetting constantly, I decided it was worth it to switch to a Hue hub and replace all my cheap smart bulbs with Hue bulbs. Honestly, it wasn't cheap, but I've not had a single issue with them staying connected since I made the switch. If you can afford it, it's worth it. At some point, I had to ask myself how much my time was worth, and ultimately, my time is worth more to me than the cost of the Hue hub and bulbs.

Bought these to add to my hue collection. Super easy to set up and add to my system. Hue is totally worth the investment. Don’t buy the knockoffs.

Overall I love these lights they are great with my Alexa. I got them for my mom. We’ve been trying to make her house smarter over the years. The installation process with the hub is a little bit difficult if all of the lights don’t work. We had to delete the app the Hue app and the Alexa app and start all over several times. They work even if you accidentally touch the light switches which was a big issue for me because we’ve lived in this house for 15 years. The necessary supports for tuning the lights to your TV is absolutely ridiculously priced. It’s an unnecessary evil. I’m very upset with that.

I wasn’t expecting to like these bulbs as much as I have. I am a creative professional, and the ability to change the color so seamlessly, along with the color scenes have been amazing to create a fantastic space to be creative. The only downside I have found is that some colors are not as bright as other hues. Also, I paired the bulbs with a Hue Remote, and it is disappointing how you cannot cycle between the different scenes with it.

These things are expensive, but they are great quality. I don't like the fact that you need a bridge for most of the features when other products don't have the same need for similar features.

Get yourself an alexa and thank yourself later the only thing you will be disappointed in is not setting this up sooner

Love these bulbs! I am fully invested in creating a smart home and found these bulbs to fit exactly what I wanted in my home. Currently using one as a nightlight and another as a trial for my master bathroom and love the aesthetic. I definitely intend to purchase more of these in the future.

We have them in both of our bathroom and with just one bulb it provide enough light to fil up the room.

My hue lightbulb fits great in my apartment and I can instantly switch the mood with either an app or voice assistant!

I bought it for my 43-inch monitor and it works just fine. I can download the synchro software and use light and sound syncing to play games and watch videos without feeling any lag.

Great addition to my other Hue lights. They complete my new space and make the ambiance 10x better!

love the ambiance choose red and green for xmas ,purple and orange for Halloween and gold and yellow for fall. A great mood setter

Box received was completely mangled from the warehouse, not the shipping package the box the warehouse shipped as a brand new. The worst part is I called customer service who said if I went in they would give me a gift card for the difference from open box to new, they even setup a call for me. The next day geek squad called and asked for details as none whatsoever were provided on the ticket, once explained they said sure cmon in we will give you a gift card for the difference, I make it to the appt scheduled to get told yeah none of that was true- they can order me another or take it and fully refund me. They felt a need to inconvenience me more ways than Sunday just to get told they can’t give me a $30 gift card on a 1k order..
