A: 2300 lumen luminous flux. It's bright when in "non color mode" When using colors its a little less bright but still good.
A: The Hue app will let you create a scene with each light being a different color. The Hue Lab section of the app does have a what are called living scenes that cycle through colors but I don’t think they are too programmable. I’ve used the Halloween and Christmas ones but they can be buggy. There may be 3rd party apps that let you create your own “living scenes”. I haven’t used any of these apps.
